Cops are about but not alot depending on exactly where on the highway you r lotta highway up here even before the recent stupid changes if ya got caught at 300 or something they could an probly would do ya for reckless driving or something like that. And one roo,pig,donkey,buffalo whatever at that speed...... I think ya could work out the result! I sometimes see all the above critters on one trip to work!! So it does happen

Lousy news guy did you stil have a 32 crank or had you updated the oil pump drive etc? Believe the crank angle sensor from a 34 is different to a 32 and the end of the crank is physically different to suit This being why there is one PowerFC for a 32/33 and a different one for the 34. Sure someone could fill you in on the other differences, or correct me if I is wrong.

N.T. top speed now 130 on highway Seems so f##kn slow when driving 200km's to work! And Hidden Valley Raceway up here has the longest straight in the supercar series at 1.1km i think and i used to go quicker on the open highway Lake Gardiner in S.A speed trials on the salt flat is probly your only real option

pretty sure the current one does cut ignition and cycles which cylinder it shuts down too Interested also if crankshaft oil pump drive problems (well known on stock 32 especially) can be made worse by using one of these as either a limiter at launch or antilag at higher revs

yep can confirm plugging the HICAS computer back in just brings up the fault light Anyone know how to modify to get the horn to work feeling like I have missed something obvious

okay just refound this thread an am at home so can try mucking around with this this arvo what you mean by modify the s/wheel to make it work pretty sure the relay for the horn still clicks when the horn button is pushed an am still using the stock wheel

Have to agree with skid pan/ track day advice above, no better way to learn than by doing however I have been giving this ALOT of thought myself sure i have read on here that more than 15 degrees of steering lock will prevent attesa from kicking in I think a big part of the "trick" is to look ahead on the track and straighten up asap to aim for the corner exit rather than hold insane mid corner speed and provoke to much understeer its all a bit of a balancing act I could be wrong though

Uras posted some powerfc settings on here somewhere with his preferred settings for splitfires as the saturation curve on the coils is different to stock ones.
