  1. Take my word for it definitly gone under, trying to get at least some of the parts I paid for from the administator!!!!
  2. If you actually plan to cross creeks like that go the jeep they really are fun Mines been all over some pretty remote places up here in the NT Read up on ausjeepoffroad.com some pretty cluey types on there as for comments above about hard suspension?????? they are short wheelbase so can feel a bit crashy in my cherokee I dont even bother to slow for speedhumps unless the backs full of stuff fuel economy really isnt that flash though gtr got 500ish a tank Jeep only 400ish but the old 4.0 jeep motor is pretty damn bulletproof an they will generally go where toyotas wont
  3. Custom Carbon in queensland is no more Noy might be able to advise on the hows an whys though but I think craved is about spot on has anyone seen the "aerocatch" pins in the flesh they look quite good on the net sure some of the top secret cars use em to the supra maybe?
  4. As stated above power up the sensor out of the pipe in open air to initalise/calibrate
  5. Got an XJ Cherokee 95 model good reliable and these days available dirt cheap ZJ grand cherokees with V8's are only bout 20ish these days too Get your parts from 4wdHardware or the like on the net an they are not even too bad to modify Old tech not all that fuel efficient but DAMN good for what they are Longer wheelbase of a XJ is an advantage too
  6. looks good but......................................................... I personally dont like the eyelids much an the first pic it looks like they dont fit real good either take them off an would look a heap better in my opinion

  11. Pic of the sump is it just the extension or a complete sump
  12. Mine have allen key type grub screws instead of an extra (locking) nut Actually means with the weight off the wheels I can adjust without spanners, though they can be had from most decent tool suppliers pretty cheap anyway Interesting to here other dont have the same drama with front springs being untrapped at full droop though and with the helpers my rears are totally trapped no drama at all??? Are you measuring the helpers without any load on will measure mine up an when I get back into town an let u know how long they are if it helps. Can you tell fron the part numbers on the springs the rate ????
  13. Wow just found this does this mean if I remove hicas IE. lock bar and pull the control box I will loose my horn dont be rude now Removed all the hicas a while back and have now found my horn wont work, fairly sure it did before. Will have to try plugging the hicas computer beck in an see if my horn works????

  16. Suspect I have a front bearing on the way out after the track effort last weekend in town guess if I gotta do that unbolting the covers shouldn't be much more work. will see
  17. mine are from the group buy and even at 355 dont seem to totally trap the springs in the front Will have to take em back out to reattach the dustcovers, have been a little busy will have a look to see if I have the extra circlips might need to try another height for the threaded sleeve bit
  18. GTR torana or more likely a 350z or fc rotor even looked at a 300c
  19. Here now and right hand drive u sure?
  20. Whats the benefits in going over 75mm, I live in darwin its damn hot all the time. Is a quality 100mm core going to restrict flow to the radiator much over a 75mm. Is there going to be a major change in response. Have a crappy bent up fins 100mm at the moment so have no idea what stock was like And looking for an upgrade running 2530's poncams powerfc usual mods and more for track than drag but keen to do a little of both and the odd motorkhana just the usual stuff Sorry if this is a bit of a hijack but seems I am in a similar situation
  21. Yeah would rather unbolt them than cut as it gives the option of putting them back on when/if required guess I will just have to see how hard it is to get them off myself bit worried it might effect hub spacing or something though will have to cut em if this is the case
  22. sorry to hijack but do the stone covers really need to be cut off cant you unbolt em or is cutting really the best option
