  1. .... the pic that started it all -->
  2. Well I was planning to import a car around July/August next year (2004) - Either a Cefiro (1988 or 1989) or a R32 GTSt (1989) and the main reason i want to wait for them to be 15yrs old is mainly because i want to bring in a modified one. Has the rule changed for the 15yr rule? Can you still bring in a modified 15yr old car? Or does it also have to be stock as with the new RAWS scheme?
  3. I'm possibly gonna come along with XRSIST if he ends up going, so might see you all then, might not.
  4. looks ok with a bit of back end work i think
  5. nice i had a go also at that back end
  6. Don't they just use LED's? or are they proper light globes?
  7. not sure i know hills do servicing so they might have them new....
  8. Hrmm U could try Hills Motorsports or JustJap
  9. for 200rwkw on a Rb20 you'd need a fair few mods, such as full exhaust (turbo back) dump pipe, pod filter with a nice heat sheild n stuff, turbo, metal head gasket, front mount intercooler, air flow meter, computer, etc. I think there's a couple of threads on RB20 mods, try using the search feature up the top there =)
  10. Try applying some stuff to the underside of the front bar if you're that worried, just where you cant see it. Something like a few little pieces of black metal stuck on or something so that when u go up the driveway it just scrapes those.... just put them where u cant really see them...... just an idea.
  11. Looks a bit weird at the back, very chunky rear bar. But good in general. Different, yes, but nice none the less =)
  12. hahaha.... but there's so many R33's around now, it's taken the buzz & uniqueness out of them... So many clueless habibs driving them and stuff....
  13. Get them from wherever, but when you pick them up just feel the quality. Don't get crappy thin ones that seem very flimsy... All car matts are flimsy but really crappy ones will feel thin and generally cheap, you can pretty much just tell what car matts r decent and what ones r just crap... Autobarn, Repco etc should stock decent ones...
  14. GTS-t, Why don't you screw the floormatts down with black screws or just use a good application of velcro. As long as theyre quality matts and secured properly you shouldnt have a problem when racing.
  15. They should do us all a favour and start doing that to R33 GTS25ts =P
  16. New Fairlady Z seemed to be a hit at the Tokyo Auto Salon. I noticed there were less GT-Rs, well, from the Photos i saw anyway. RX8 and V/R35 GT-R should be a hit when they're released, i predict.
  17. It should go quite nicely you will find, should be a noticeable difference. Should also run alot smoother if the service has been done properly. 14psi is a nice upgrade in boost.
  18. Try a search on this I think it's been covered before. But basically as far as i know, 1. It'll become very noisy, and also blow smoke. 2. Depends on the type of turbo 3. Probrably best to buy a new one altogether. If it was a decent sized turbo and it was worn out, then you rebuild it, but the turbo on the 180sx S13 SR20 isn't that big so not really worth it. Price will vary heavily depending on size, type, brand etc. If you're on a budget 2nd hand is the best way to go, if money isnt an issue go brand new for sure.
  19. DCD: I saw that car posted on the UK forums. Very sexy indeed. Do you have higher res pics of that car with the 19s, and any more pics of the engine bay? If you can, email them to me as they're perfect wallpaper material =) My email = [email protected]
  20. Get floormatts, or new carpet, or something.
  21. bling bling? It's Drift Spec! (well thats what it said in the description for it)
  22. this is hot. oh so hot. *dribbles*
  23. Kyosho make R31's i think
