  1. Seen it done a few times... example, Advan Racing's GRACER was a GTS4 (which is a just a 4wd gtst) and has undergone the complete conversion..
  2. Pretty sad. It's disappointing that fools like that guy have to learn their lesson the hard way and at the expense of others. He's now ruined his life - and ruined someone elses family.
  3. Time to buy a new pushbike
  4. Pics? If it's not too bad then touch-up paint is good. If you can't get Midnight Purple then look for something as close as possible, or, if it's only very small scratches at the very bottom of the lip then black touchup over the actual scratches can take the attention away if you do it correctly....
  5. Just chuck in a CA18DET, backyard jobbie, and do the suspension and brakes and diff on the cheap with second hand bits as you find them. That way you'll have a cheap daily which will also function well on the track or whatnot if you want to practise some drifting. No point going all out because at the end of the day its still a gazelle and will be worth nothing.
  6. FJ20ET FTW!! http://www.turbocreations.com/fj20/s12dragcar/ CA18DET is a good temporary solution though
  7. Sterling effort yet again from our good friends ACA. Biggest bunch of clueless shit talking bastards on the face of the planet, they should be shot.
  8. Oh and I noticed something when checking my insurance the other night, AAMI appear to now offer a free advanced driving course with a 10% discount off your insurance premium for drivers under 25. I thought this is an excellent initiative, I'm going to inquire about taking part.
  9. The amount of knob heads still playing up on that section of the GWH is amazing but no surprise.... I drive between Minchinbury and Penrith on the GWH every day to go to and from work and always on the way home in the evening (about 8pm) I see the usual suspects pulled over. I think to myself perhaps they're just picking on us again.... maybe that's partly true; but; I somehow don't think thats the case given just about every day I either get somebody trying to give me a run, or others speeding like crazy weaving through traffic. If people just behaved themselves for a bit this would probably die down a lot quicker.... but damn these idiots just persist with adding fuel to the fire
  10. I'd get an R32 GTSt and leave it RB20 if it's going to be a daily. Won't be too thirsty with minor mods (exhaust, pod, lil bit of boost) and still enough power to have some slidey fun if need be.
  11. lol that video footage just confirms that P platers in R31's out in the west think they're sick street racers because they drive something with a skyline badge
  12. Big Chromies on a Skyline are horrible and I'm afraid if she insists on going this route you must shoot her.
  13. Starlet GT.
  14. Nice - They should be pretty happy with the Mazda 2 they are a good little car.
  15. Yep it was just recently tuned with the high flow turbo and bigger fuel system - the car is very quick one of the quickest RB20 GTSt's around. Hence poor Dave no longer has a license But to anyone interested I can assure you this is one of the neatest examples of a R32 GTSt around - everything on the car works, it has no electrical dramas, the interior is in perfect condition with nothing hacked apart, which is rare for an R32.. I'll be sad to see it go Dave
  16. Yeah that's true. It pisses me off even more when these pricks don't just steal things, no, they feel the need to trash everything else as well.
  17. WTF!!! These assholes give me the shits.... What suburb was this in????

    Wsid

    More boost Brad!! hahah
  19. You do realize Mazda is about to release a completely new model of the 2, right? Perhaps you should hold off to get a runout special price, or, the updated model.
  20. Spoted silver R33 GTSt very bent on the bridge outside Bondi Junction Westfields there.... hope driver and passengers are ok the car looked pretty messy but not enough to hurt anyone i think
  21. As sky 34 said.... remove the battery other than that.. should be alright leave it with a near empty tank and put fresh fuel in it when you get back as the fuel thats left in there will be very stale
  22. About f**king time. To the moderators who took out the trash, would anybody care for a beer?

    Again

Good to hear nothing happened brother..... I've had something similar happen before, last year about a week after getting my brand new car I was travelling down the highway at about 85-90km/h, no bushlands anywhere near in sight, and a kangaroo darted out in front of me from the bit of grass in the middle of the highway!! I swerved and missed it, but it happened so quickly I don't know how the hell I managed to avoid hitting it. Damn crazy roos!
  24. It's not an urban legend, it's a fact - Ben is very lucky to have functioning limbs after his clutch and flywheel shat themselves.
