  6. hey guys i have owned this car for over 3 years and its my pride and joy. i have done some tastefull mods, and have always looked after the car and always keep it garaged. i had planned on keeping the car for ever, but i have to move to the UK for personal reasons, and i dont have the time to save all the money i need, so unfortunately i must put the 32 up for sale. As follows- - 1992 150000k's - factory sun roof, type m, elec windows, mirrors, power steering - warlbro in tank pump - apexi front mount intercooler - GFB plumb back blow off valve - GFB pnumatic boost controller (13psi) - NISTUNE tuned to 155kw atw. nice and responsive. very smooth - Splitfire coil packs - Bendix Ultimate pads and newly machined rotors - Turbo back 3" exhaust - Rays LM-GT1 rims (17x9) - Kenwood CD/MP3 player - Rs R coilovers asking price is $9000 ono. i am NOT interested in swaps at all. im located in brisbane. im more than happy to answer any questions anyone has about the car. like i said, i have to sell the car soon so i can be with my partner in the uk, so im open to offers too. this is probably a good chance for someone to snach up a nice 32 that has been well looked after and treated like part of the family. cheers adam.

    Autobarn

i have only shopped at autobarn virginia. i will never shop there again, and i let as many ppl know as i can never to shop there... sure they are a bit expensive, but if price is a problem go online. sure some of the staff aren't complete experts, but they always tried to help.. my problem was when i bought a faulty product, that was proved faulty, no fault of mine in any way, and when i went to take it back i was treated like a complete piece of idiotic shit by some wanker who "had been a mechanic on race cars for 25 years" and had never seen this problem, there for there must not be any problem. 3 visits to the store to confront the manager were a waste of time, as he had always "just popped out" my phone calls went unreturned etc etc. a customer service nightmare really. but each and every time i went in there staff made it VERY clear that a refund/ store credit would not be an option, it was just too bad, and there is no refund policy on used products..WTF??? all i wanted was to return my faulty product, and get some store credit or my money back, as this bullshit had gone on for over a month, so i went out and got the same product in a different brand (one that works). finally i called the office of fair trading and followed their advice, sending a letter to the store manager. he contacted me a few days later saying that they intended to give me a refund the whole time(f**king lies), and to come in and get it.
  10. are spectators welcome? sounds like fun
  11. do you know, or are you guessing??? my 32 is shit during summer, its like driving a stocker again. heat soak is f**ked.
  12. has anyone done an rbx conversion? how much do these engines go for? id imagine they would be rare as hens teeth.
  13. mate i dont want to sound rude, but have u even driven the car? you wont get the shit noise your after by simply reving it in neutral. why do you need to open you bov now? if it REALLY worries you, take it to your mechanic
  14. hav u tried driving the car, or have u just poked the bov with a stick? maybe the springs are too hard, but if they came with the bov they should vent at some point. how much boost are u running? maybe its a sign to put the plumb back stockers back on, and move on to actual modifications.
  15. you know whats the worst part about this whole post, even worse than the 32's shit rear bar???? the fact the you were looking at commodores on carsales!!
  16. same goes for hondas, that and they look shit.
  17. pulsar, liberty, rx impreza, carolla, swift gti, ca slivia
  18. i used it on my front/dump pipe to help keep the heat down as best i could in the engine bay, im pretty pleased with how it turned out. the hot tip is soak the heat wrap in water for a minute or 2 before you wrap ya pipe, make sure it overlaps by 1/2 or 1/3. secure it with stainless hose clamps, and ya laughing old mate.
  19. id say bright green P plates are cop magnets..
  20. mate were not a bunch of american f**k wits, its called PETROL
  21. cheers lads. is there much in the way of aftermarket support? it seems like quite an uncommon engine, how easy would parts and servicing be? as for an over priced shit box, i think 14k for a 2002 model is a great price. sure we are all nissan fans here, but seriously...
  22. $50 and buy a box of piss. bov's are the pitfall of the modified car scene...
