  1. what sort of boost do u run? how much was the hiflow if u dont mind me asking?
  2. hey mate, i dont wana piss on your paraide, but have u been to the drag races rescently?? easily 75% of the cars involved run rotary engines. the last few times i have been to willowbank it has been absolutley dominated by rotary powered cars, from mazdas to nissans, fords, and even a mitsu. and as for competing, they blow most of the competion away!
  3. where can i pick one up? thats the socket that has a split partially up one side?
  4. no offence mate, but your miss information is way worse. cold air is not thicker at all. air density decreases with an increase of altitude, as does air pressure, nothing to do with air temp, although o2 is more present in air with a higher density and lower temp. back on topic, im keen on a x force cat too, does anyone know the length of it? i know the stock cat for an r32 gtst is 310mm, so hoping the xforce will be very similar.
  5. is it stock turbo and ecu? or aftermarket? a bit more info please. adam.
  6. if you really want one single 2530 you will be able to find a second hand one for 800-1100AUD. you may have to buy from overseas tho.
  7. the dump pipe is heat wrapped, so heating it up independently may be a bit hard, and ive tried it hot and cold. as for removing the front pipe, that was all i could think of doing too, but i know that could turn into a bastard of a job, considering how long it took me to install the f**ker. cheers lads
  8. i want to replace the O2 censor on my rb20, but it is far too tight, quite possible fused in there. i cant really get a larger shifter in there to get more leaverage, cos i dont have the space. does anyone have any tips or tricks that may help get it undone. i tried wd40 and carby cleaner on the fitting, but didnt really help. cheers adam
  9. what condition is the steering wheel in? any pics? im after gear boot cover, hand break cover, and hand break all in good condition. cheers adam
  10. gtrs would be great, but the car is 17 years old. i dont want a track beast, i dont want some wank-off dyno number, ive spent the money on supporting mods, now i want a very basic turb upgrade.
  11. are 2530's BB? what hp are they rated to? are they a direct bolt-on to rb20 manifold? thanks nismoid
  12. doesnt hypergear do rb20 hi flows for around $800? would there be much difference in power/ response between hiflow 32 and stock s2 33 turb?
  13. i want to upgrade from my stock turbo, and my budget wont alow me to go all out at this point in time, so im thinking of hiflowing the stock rb20 turbo. i was thinking of throwing on a 33 turbo, but i think a hi flow 32 turbo would be more fun. anyone running a hiflow 32 turbo with any advice/ dyno graphs? cheers adam
  14. mite be interested mate, deffinately could use some more pics. cheers adam
  15. sorry mate, just having a laugh, couldnt help myself.
  16. mate that wing you have would be good for an extra 20kw wouldnt it??
  17. im heading out. will be taking the 32 too. adam
  18. my missus loves the 32. she reckons its the hottest car ever. down side is she drives it a fair bit, and she is quite small, and im quite big, so after every time she drives it i spend 20 mins re-adjusting the seat and rear view mirror. another down side is that every time i mention im thinking about selling it and upgrading to a 34, she cracks the shits cos she likes the 32 better.
  19. pretty sure you are missing the point big time. google the word "fun"
  20. cant go past CES. australian owned and manufactured, and of a very high quality.
  21. i would imagine a 32gtr would be quite a match for a camaro.. and a 32gtr is 40,000 cheaper, and is 17 years older. lets not get too side tracked tho. the thread is a heavily tuned and modified camaro taking on a stock standard r35 gtr. the americans have undertaken this challenge, the goal being to beat the 35 around the ring. the origional price of said vehicles is not a factor in the channelge set.
  22. i have not driven either car, but from what i have seen and read, a stock 35 gtr will perform better in every way than a stock camaro.
