Looks like a good solid program. you are bound to make great gains on this

Trozzle - just spent 15 minutes going over this diary - that's what it's for right?? anyway.. 12/07/11 = 72kg 05/08/11 = 71kg 02/10/11 = 74.5kg 19/12/11 = 74.5kg 02/01/12 = 76.7kg 27/03/12 = 76kg Yes.. you're not eating enough. BUT.. You CAN NOT double your intake of food from one day to the next and expect to continue. You know how fatties are... they go from watching Oprah while eating tim tams to doing sprints and eating lettuce... then they eventually end up being the people who send letters to womens weekly that they've tried everything and can't lose weight. That will be you in reverse.. You need a proper plan and patience. sure, bro-science can always say "whatever you're eating now, double it brah" and that theory is great.... in theory. but it can't be sustained.. Spend half an hour and work out how many calories you eat per week. then find what you can do to increase that by 1500cal per week (only 300 cals per day.. spread over 5-6 meals will be fark all.) In 8 months you've gained 4 kg. sure you went through a few hurdles like holidays and pig-aids and a f**ked back etc etc... but you can do better.. If you can't be f**ked working out your calories, just eat everything you are now, but drink a glass of full creame milk with at least 3 of those meals. Having said all this, as a young natural athlete, "bulking to 80kg then cut back" is retarded. 80kg is 4kg away. do you really expect to gain even 2kg of muscle doing a bulk? If you think that at 80kg you are going to look like Birds does in his photo in the other thread at 80kg, you're dreaming. you would need to get to well over 90kg (and be fairly strong) before dieting down to show some muscle. You've had odd goals in this thread... any goal is good as it is something to strive for, but pick something useful and focus and be patient. drop the brown rice.. that shit bloats you to buggery and will eventually give you cramps so bad you'll give up trying to eat heaps... especially if you are eating like 2 containers of the shit each day.

look at the tag of your pants.. does it say 32? that's inches. edit - you wrap this around your limb Where the tip touches the tape around the other side is the measurement (in the case of this pic it is in cm). Some tapes have cm on one side and inches on the other.
-
did you read his measurements? My Measurements: Waist: 31.7cm Chest: 35.9 Arms: 11cm (puny) Forearms: 10.9cm Shoulders: 43.8 cm Thighs: 19.3 Calves: 14.4cm Neck: 15cm Take out your measuring tape and put your finger on 32cm. now loop the end of the tape over to it to create a circle. does that look like a waist size? 11cm arms? That's smaller than making a cirle with your thumb and index finger. obviously they are either INCHES or not measured "around" the limb/part but from one end to the other or some weird shit. It's like measuring your wang but measuring just the head... we all know the measurement of our wangs starts at the gap between your a-hole and ball sack. amiright?

Rb25 Gcg Hiflowd Turbo With 14Psi Actuator
TTT replied to Tim805's topic in For Sale (Private Car Parts and Accessories)
Hey mate. these turbos were the bees knees of hiflows years ago. But have you seen what else is available these days? and what sort of money they are worth BRAND NEW? If you/your mate want to sell a used hiflow turbo, it's gotta be a better deal than the likes of Hypergear range. -
sweet... another $4K drop and I'll be all over it like a fat kid on cake.
-
cm??? how the f**k are you measuring? from one side to the other? measurements are taken as a diameter....

FIGJAM - you sound like you've got it covered and know what you need to do etc so no more on that, but it was you who brought up the fact that you had been taking some creatine mix product for 2 weeks with none of the benefits the packet said you would get etc. So... if you realise that the problem with you not getting bigger/faster/stronger as fast as you would like is the fact that you don't eat enough food or consistantly, then why are you trying creatine and falling for the marketing bullshit on it? If you car is low on fuel and surges around corners, do you then add a Brock Polarizer and post that it didn't fix the problem? ADD MORE FUEL BROSEPH.. What is your job? I bet there is a way to eat more or eat better to get the calories in. I had mates that used to carry an esky everywhere they went. they had crazy jobs, but were still able to eat and train and actually compete in body building successfully. always a way. just a matter of what is more imprtant to you.

well here's the problem. he is around 6' tall. he is 22 years old. and when he started his training journal (sept 11, 2011) he was 66kg. Fast forward 230 days and he is 70-71kg He doesn't need to count calories. He doesn't need creatine He needs to eat more food than he has been. Fact is I doubt he has been eating consistantly.

you guys are all just jealous. the louder the bov the better. the bigger the trumpet on the bov better. the more times your car stalls the better. the darker the stain on your rear bar around the exhaust the better. -
