  1. If you can be bothered, find out how much of each mineral is "CLAIMED" to be in your MV. then find out how much of each of those is recommended for you. My point is that MV don't have enough of anything in them to be of any use. If you really think you are low on iron, calcium, semen, folate, c, d, etc etc - get a seperate bottle of each and take as required.
  2. I'll get the popcorn ready
  3. just so you know - getting a GTR cooler then getting someone to make up custom pipes to fit a GTST will cost same or maybe more than getting a kit of the likes of just jap. And you are in melbourne so will be arse fisted if you cut a hole in your chassis to get the FMIC piping to go through. If you want a FMIC, you will need a "return flow" type cooler which uses the stock piping and holes - Just jap have these, Blitz also makes them. I have an ARC return flow which will go up for sale in th enext couple of months. Another thing to consider is an R34 GTT side mount intercooler - but this also requires mods to one of the end tanks to fit an R32 GTST. Out of the 2 RB20 cars I've had on the dyno over the year my results were.. 152rwkw - untuned RB20 with RB25 turbo + 12psi 162rwkw - Nistune, stock turbo, 16psi

  5. mate if it is going to stay RB20, then don't buy one. they weigh more than a GTR and have the same power as a GTST. You can't have different sized tyres either. just like a GTR, you have to have same tyres all round. if you have different size rims from to rear but same size tyres, that might work, but I would have thought that it still kind of alters the diameter as one tyre side wall will be more stretched than the other. how to test if it's working? 6k revs then side step clutch. Installing a rwd/2wd switch is piss easy. If you are definitely doing an RB25 or 26 conversion, then fine, but even after that, you have a car heavier than a GTR. Should you sell your GTST for a GTS4? NO!
  6. Not BS'ing - helping him bench more.
  7. Yes. and when you bench, you want to lift the most weight possible right? so you involve everything you can.. legs, lats, triceps, delts and pecs. I'm not talking about a close grip press where your elbows come close to touching your ribs, I'm saying that a natural path for your elbows when benching should NOT be flared out to the sides. 45 degrees from your sides would roughly be the natural path. you said "for some reason my db bench died in the ass" strengthen your lats and triceps and see how your bench goes.
  8. Nice turf man..
  9. Yep. Bar should be at about waist height. pull your self up till bar thouches bottom of chest keep your elbows in close like you would when you bench
  10. Apart from Deads, BB row and chins, I found that doing inverted rows to be quite good. I have my hands at the same spot as when I bench, and I make sure my elbows travel the same path as when I bench. Since you cant use extra weight, you can knock out a fair few reps. Not so much a muscle building exerise but it allows you to activate a bunch of small muscles in the upper/middle back that don't do much when normal rowing or chins. Don't let it replace your other lifts, just add it in if you want to give it a go.
  11. 15-25km a day of walking? you became a postie?
  12. You won't. I generally get my creatine from here..
  13. holy shit.. 66 grams of creatine in one drink? lol.. f**k me.. what happened to the good old days of 5g teaspoon of creatine monohydrate once a day?
  14. bump
  15. Ended up getting 2 pairs of fila lite joggers. $65 a pair
  16. Of course you were. You were in an NA R34
  17. Yes
  18. That idle issue I've had before and it was because the solder in the afm had become brittle. There are some DIY threads on here if you search for "AFM Solder". Or it could just be that your afm plug has become brittle from removing it so man times.
  19. Video will look the same as any other deadlift. It's a CUE to make you think about what does the work. good tutorial is RIPPETOE DEADLIFT on youtube. tells you where your feet should be before you start etc. I start with my shins about 2 inches from the bar. I hold the bar, then squat down till my shins touch the bar, lock my back and push with my legs. The bar just drags up my shins. Don't know why your shoulders would slump forward when using legs.. they should also be locked with your back.
  20. you can't wind DOWN below what the actuator is set to. perhaps stick your stock actuator on and then use a controller to bring it up. Or I could sell you an adjustable actuator I have
  21. Cool. I'll just wait outside from 8:30am till you come out.
  22. here is another thing to think while doing deads. Instead of trying to lift the bar up, try to picture yourself holding on to the bar while you push the ground away with your heels. Sounds stupid but if you do it, you get the leg drive you are supposed to use when deadlifting. You're movement is somewhere between a dead lift and a stiff legged deadlift where you use your back more. Back should be locked, legs should drive the ground away from the bar, and hips and buttocks lock the bar in to standing position. LOCK back Drive ground away f**k the bar (as in thrust your hips forward) once the legs are locked out.
