  5. i just installed a plenum and cold pipes and it has a 38 mm pipe welded into it
  6. I had similar problem with profec b 2, i had the set gain too high, dropped it down a couple of psi and it worked fine! also seemed better leaving the gain on 10%

  9. well done for putting on a good event cubes! (and girlfriend) i was reasonably happy with my result, but hey it was 40 degrees, afr's were exactly were i set them at 11:1 so was all good. bailed early missed the dick head with the soarer, what a bummer for matty. looking forward to next one, maybe in the winter! cheers Adrian
  10. you havnt changed the airflow meter setting on the power fc, easy to do if your looking at it in the sun?
  11. when my knock count went bad it turned out to be the fuel pump running out of puff, to make it worse the knob who sold me the car told me it had a bosch high pressure pump in there and it turned out to be stock, anyway wouldnt hurt to change fuel filter and pump!
  12. I had this same problem, would crunch when going into third at high revs, ended up putting the gfb stealth thingy back on, which is pretty good only opens when 5psi up! still get mild flutterterterterter
  13. I figured it wasn't the best, it came with the car so i'm trying to decide which way to go! thinking best option would be to put the 3076 .6 cover on it?
  14. dont wont to start a new thread for silly question so could someone tell me the specs on the std r33 comp cover, outlet, inlet sizes and a/r. I have a gt3076 with machined out std comp cover and i'm starting to wonder if this is a bottle neck? thanks

  16. I think to get a honest 270 rwkw you need to start looking at external gate options, the flappy flap things either spike or creep and anyone getting higher on those turbos is useing a happy dyno or is pulling them selves! IMO.
  17. why dont we share more maps? mine are a little messy, these were getting around 240 rwkw on rb25 pretty rich running a gt3076 hybrid .5 comp .73 exh 740cc, z33, normal mods 17psi any constructive advice welcome, i'm still learning!
  18. Hi guys on the compressor a/r, can the housing be too small? I have a 3076 (5012) fitted with machined out std r33 housing .5 ish i pressume, and had a machined out .6 std exhaust housing, which i have since change to a avo .73, which did fix the compressor surge issue but hasn't given up much more top end. Does feel like it has more torque, with 500 rpm more lag, have been told should see 270 rwkw but only gets 240 might get 250 with a push. Anyway the hot pipe gets bloody hot could this be related to big wheel little housing? Adrian

  21. I use the lm1 works good, as far as logging goes I only use the fc datalogit
  22. They can be ordered to suit different size wheels, mine was ordered to suit a gt3076 for $480 from ATS
  23. I wouldnt panic just take atleast 2-3 psi out of it then when you have some fresh juice creep it back in.
  24. what else tells you its a pro version? didnt know there was one for the GTST. looks to me the f/c AC OFF is set to 7370, i thought that should be set to around 1200 and the ON 1300, that controls when the fc returns fuel to catch the idle! as far as idle goes the fc is 900 from the factory and thats were mine is!
