fo speed o signal use a vdo signal generator. do what i do .... drop both shafts to a specialist and usually 70-80 bucks later its all sorted.

the only dyno to give accurate torque readings is a dynapack or an engine dyno. the readings from a roller dyno are good enough to compare between each other but have no real world comparisons. whereas we can come quite close the 383 chev we had in yesterday was within 3% of the engine dyno.

sorry only just got your PM. use R32 crossmember and R32 mounts etc and you will be sweet BUT the sump will still hit the sway bar (regardless of sump or engine mounts mix and matches), it needs to be notched to clear.

i hope your cam is miles away from the alternator .. just whack in some step ones.

yup, so can rev limiter... which in effect was what your coil pack was doing.

i should add i havent used them. ive been thinking about sending a spare sr and rb26 head accross for them to play with, then we will evaluate it once we get it back.

between 80-120, depends on time taken to do diagnosis. A full electronic diagnosis can be done in the drive way with consult or datascan software. A dyno run with consult datalog is about $80, a couple of runs to setup boost controller etc and diagnosis is $120. remmeber as R31Nismoid said there is NOTHING to tune on the std computer apart from timing (which should be part of the $80 dyno run) the only way to TUNE a std computer is to remap it and on R33 prepare to pay a MINIMUM of $700 regardless of shop, the only way to get a cheaper remap is to order it froma forum guy on here called Toshi, as a rule im not a fan of over the counter remaps as ive seen countless cars with unsafe tunes in them.

yeah, full built RB26. (unstarted) R33 N1 crank new greddy pro cams greddy springs reco head (all new valves etc) greddy pistons H beam rods greddy oil pump greddy cam gears etc plus all the usual things, extra drain, oil restrictors etc complete engine minus bolt ons. $9k

This was going to be our next drift car but something else has come up (secret) so we are offering this for sale. i should mention this is a complete car minus headlights and has VERY VERY slight front left damage (few 100 bucks), minus engine and trans BUT the interior is complete and undamaged front seats removed and stored safely. We can supply it as is or we can complete it to any stage you may require. ATM it has bulletproof full R34 GTR rear end (diff, cradle, suspension etc) R34 gtt front crossmember and rack. We are happy to swap front end out if someone to refit SR, we have a few SR20 (jap s15) engines here so we can install it as supply it as a full runner. Car also has genuine yashio factory front guards and is auto, can supply manual parts if need be. $6k ono pics up soon ps can also supply the RB26 that was destined for it..... or we can complete the car to track spec if so be it.
