Looks like a tie rod let go coming out of turn 2 that sent me into concrete cougar barrier. Dont think it's a rite off though i had a better look at it last nite (after a LOT of the sphincter of the universes) and it looks like only some control arms and some panel damage. Will check it out maybe time for a new chassis.. the 3 dints on the bonnet are jus from the CF bonnet smashing into the roof. btw tommo who's your mate... cheers Andrew

Maybe someone here knows? I've been told that the garret GT30 range is essentially the same ie GT 30 GT 30 37 GT 30 71 GT 30 40 the last three i can find info on but not the gt30 or is that a generic term given when talking bout any of those three. cheers Andrew

what exactly is the difference between a gibson ms block and a standard nissan one.

yeah i know that dude but is the exhaust manifold flange on the rb 30 the same as the 20 and 25 caue theu are the same.

I've given up on this. .. Bled the lifter's to no avail. If this mod does work (as ppl here have said it does) There must be more to it I've double checked everything over and over. And it jus didnt work. If anyone has any idea's let me know.

oh and 120psi seems really low I think you should be up around atleast 150's

OK so all we've been able to come up with is that maybe the lifters need to be bled as they might be leaving the valves open. So I took the cams out again and bled lifters put ex cam back gotto do inlet cam tommorrow then see if it's back to normal. I hope so

well still not idleing. So i decided to do a compression test down to 80psi on all cylinders. Have no idea why only thing i can think of is that lifters may be getting pushed down more than the standard cams .2mm more with gtr cams so it might be letting the oil get commpressed out the whole on the side. any help would be good. Did SK mention to any of you guys if he carried out any other modifications to make it work.

well i put some 26 cams in my 20 yesterday and same idle issues. Would have been good to know bout this thread yesterday.lol But will checks maps on pfc to see what can be done bbenny did you end up sorting it out.
