  3. Generally not easy to source, try a supplier that stocks utilux components, i have scavenged wiring looms from wreckers and hacked them apart to get the terminals as they were unavailable. Australian Arrow are the supplier of Yazaki wiring looms in Australia mabe they could help?
  4. If you have a battery back up siren and your battery is loose or there is a short the siren could sound under these circumstances. I have seen the same sort of problem when the cars battery has lifted under hard cornering and touched the bonnet (or parcel shelf) and resulted in the siren sounding and misfiring. the alarm should not sound the siren if the system is disarmed. Burnouts are bad hmmkay!!
  5. Lemme know if i can help
  6. AutoTrust, I have a 'Cougar type Blue' alarm system...............WTF is that!!! I would need to see the car, alarm and timer to quote properly. I am in Camberwell and specialise in electrical mods and accessories on Jap imports.

  11. Nice pics guys, more please!
  12. One of the boys @ hot4s got a rotor through J-Spec and followed the process, I only glanced the article, would be a good read.
  13. Done and done Funky dude! I think the boys will be giving my car some love at my workshop tomorrow with some luck! Nice thread Chinny, mind if we whore? !!!!
  14. Can't you just hit it really hard with a wicked big hammer??? Have you tried tieing it to a tree and tramping it? Sorry to hear about the accident, and sorry I don't have anything intelligent to say!!!
  15. Big up the boys @ UPI, Aiiiiii Dean and Zorba are great guys and they know their shit!
  16. You've got mail!! J-Spec have been mad busy with orders and enquiries due to a feature article in Hot 4's and performance cars, and as a result have been pulling 20 hour days in an effort to keep up with demand.
  17. I missed this thread. I have been too busy anyway to help out, and I apologise for this as I see the effort made by you guys and I have been struggling to get my car ready. If my employer had not taken the weak option to attend the semi-final later this year without my knowlege things would have run alot smoother, and i would have had the excuse to be more involved if there was a company focus to represent. Not to mention i would have had a relliable lift to and from the event that has evaporated before my eyes!! Anyway I just wanted to thank you all for your efforts and look forward to a massive weekend!!! :D
  18.
  19. Fark............ I just spent 20 minutes replying to this in a funny and witty manner with many references to male and female genitalia included and the whole lot was lost when i posted..................... GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR I have to cook dinner now and then work on my car............. Any way the attached pic shows the rear view of the standard 33 wheel. the highlited hole is the nice tight girly bit that the hicas dick fits into...... the aftermarket boss has a larger slot and the dick floats around in it too much resulting in the sensor being off center when you are driving in a straight line.......... so fatten the part that fits in the affore mentioned hole using electrical tape to create a tight fit and bob is your uncle..... failing that i can explain at MAS if you still don't understand, don't be shy not everyone is expected to be proficient at the art of vehicular modification..
  20. Then it sounds like the problem that I addressed in the first page of this thread, You need to remove the wheel, boss and all and compare the slot in the boss with the standard wheel and there will be a difference. the sensor must be positioned exactly central on the hole in the boss, and using foam and or tape to fatten up the prong on the sensor worked perfectly for me and many others. Have you tried this??
  21. EEEEEEEEEEEEWWWWWW what an ugly mental picture!!!! Go ahead....Touch it....You know you want to... :slap:
  22. I would feel like a bit of a dag showing up to the semi final with the same car and no extra mods!! can't afford to keep spending money on it like mad! The company i work for has decided not to enter this one and will attend the late one...... there goes my lift to and from home from my boss:(
  23. Under what circumstances does it come on?? After you drive in a straight line for a few k's?
  24. Yeah, ash gives great head!! over head cam of course!!
