  1. Have listed it on the R35 OZ owners Facebook site hopefully one of them take you up on the offer.
  2. Happy to help out if you can return the favour when I need some Corvette parts from the USA Send me a pm with your email address and we can work it out from there.
  3. Would like to enter but wife has a baby due in June... Would be running the Corvette if I was to enter
  4. I wont be able to make it any more, take plenty of pics to post up please.
  5. Great day, our little boy Enzo enjoyed the day out and seeing all the cars. Some very nice photos too, love the rolling shot of our R35 Maybe one day we can arrange a lunch at one of the winery's will see if we can get permission to park the cars in the vinyards for a good photo shoot.
  6. On the web site the official cruise starts a 6am? I'm not fussed what time we leave as long its before 7ish & someone with a bull bar can lead the way don't want Skippy finding the front of the GTR
  7. I wasn't around 40 years ago Terry or I have lost 8 years that I don't know about
  8. Yes so watch out have just paid for my ticket as well so count me in will see if i can get some more R35's to tag along
  9. I was thinking the same, Would be disappointing to get their and find the R35's crashed or broken down and don't get to see it...
  10. Think that is the Australia Day Weekend double points time. If it was on the Sunday the 2nd Feb would get more of the SAU guys that are tied up with the tech day.
  11. Good luck getting safe parking at Bowral around the main streets at lunch time on a weekend, You may want to arrange a meet point in Bowral for parking up a back street. Elderly drivers in this area have great touch parking skills Just a suggestion could look at this place in East Bowral http://www.scottisharms.com.au/ has a good beer garden and good food has 2 off street car parks also.
  12. Bowral is 40mins from KK Liverpool, Where in Bowral are you planing for lunch I live 10mins from there so will meet there or may drive to KK Liverpool first will see what the weather is doing
  13. Call Justin "Pro Wire" on 0402 727 834 he has done quote a few race cars
  14. Well being 2014 now and the RMS 15 year old rule will start the way for the the 1999 R34 GTR to be total lossed and not listed on the WOVR so repair, blue slip and rego your back on the road. This will increase the salvage prices of R34 GTR now.
  15. As the car is over 15 years old will not get listed on the WOVR, even if an assessor tries to fill out the paperwork the RMS rejects it. If you repair it and get a blue slip will get no problems.
  16. Is the date going to change again, as its changed twice on face book including meet location?
  17. Sounds like a great idea, Will be there with a box trailer full of parts!
  18. The driver of the EVO who stopped to help the Supra after the crash done the exact same thing the next morning same corner. That turn dose seem to catch people out but I really like the extra track and use it every lap.
  19. Here is a YouTube clip of the crash http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i1_o65nMKgU
  20. Well at least the R34 GTR I was driving just kept going and going, actually done the most laps out of any car at the event which is quote odd for a stock engine/turbos RB26. So at least I tried to keep the crowed entertained.
  21. Just finished putting an Accusump in the GTR, hopefully no leaks and all works when I start it in the morning.
  22. I'm running them on my R35 with Endless MX72 Pads. Been great, done over 6-8 track days with very little wear on them. Doing 1.04 @ Wakefield Park with them and not getting any fade for a 4 lap supersprint If you shop around on eBay you can buy front and rear DBA rotors for the same price of only buying Alcon front rotors, so I think they are worth it and would be buy them again if I had too.
  23. Was going to log book it as Marque Sports as its runs 11inch rims front and back from reading the CAMS manual would have to run only 9inch wide in Production Sports from memory.
  24. Yes its a 2002 C5 Z06 Corvette, 5.7 LS6 motor and left hand drive. Its been racing in the US for around 5 years and finished 7th outright at the Corvette Nationals few years back. Has some good gear fitted all ready, with big oil coolers, accusump, gear box cooler and pumps, diff cooler, Willwood brakes, fire bomb, cool suit, coil overs, adjustable sway bars. 17x11 inch rims front and back and just picked up some Dunlop slicks to start some track testing. Plans are to buy some extra parts bought a Corvette World Challenge front splitter and making a GT spec rear wing with rear diffuser. Will get some 18" rims when I find some that fit nicely and use some semi slicks at time attack events as well. Few more pics did take long to pull it apart...
