mate your probably better off just putting the 25de in it, brakes generally dont need to be upgraded nor do wheels or tyres and its a very easy swap, i dont know about the gearbox but if its nething like the rest of the nissan range it should bolt straight up so all u will need is engine loom and computer. -
Just do a search on it and see how it works. Basically the nos is broken down by the heat of the engine and when it is broken down it produces oxygen, as the reaction requires heat the process thereby draws heat out of the engine and therefor cools it down. PVA_GLUE: Thats exactly what im saying, Obviously there will be more stress on the internals but the lower combustion temperatures kinda cancel it out, of course this is only when running relitivly small doses, say 50 to 75 hp.

internal work is not required for a 70hp nos kit on a gts25 so i dont think 50hp on the 2 ltr would require ne. People have presumptions that nos destroys engines, when used properly, yes it puts more stress on the engine as with ne modifaction but actually allows the engine to run alot cooler due to the chemical reaction that goes on in the combustion chanber which is very benificial to engine. Has nebody ever considered a computer capable of a dual fuel curve with extra injectors for methanol on the second curve, thereby allowing the engine to be leaned right out with out pinging due to the much cooler methanol running through the engine and giving a considerable power increase kinda of like not so illegal nos?? just a thought....

Extractors, Heatshield and cold air flow to ur pod, full exaust, after market engine managment, adjustable cam gears, cams. huge list dude, just depends on how deep ur pockets are.

Without meaning to be rude, im glad you came out of your accident ok. As safe as Holdens may be structurly, my mum drives holdens flagship car the caprice, and as "adavanced" as its sposed to be the airbags did not deploy, when she rear ended an almost stationary car at 80kph the other car almost not moving (doing approx 5kph). Caused 10g's worth of damage to her car alone and the airbags still didnt deploy, she broke the windshield in 2 spots, one with her wrist and one with head and yes she was wearing a seatbelt, the pyroneumatic (sp*) seatbelt pretensioners didnt work either. It was a dead front on collision. How safe are holdens?? My mum and dad are currently seeking legal advice about what to do as mum was off work for a while in an accident where the airbags should have deployed and saved her from many of the injuries she recieved. Just my 2 cents...

do just like lae's civic here in bris, twin td04 turbo'd h22a conversion, good for a 12.97 i think from memory on street tyres.

An update on my new diff, its now broken too im just about ready to give up, finances have pushed my conversion back even further and now this. Am i doing something wrong? breaking a turbo diff with a non turbo skyline? mmmmm, this one will have to stay broken for a little while this time.

depends how much u can pick a gearbox up for, but generally at least 1500, i may be selling my gearbox in the next 6 weeks.

ok dude, ceeing as ur fairly new, let me tell u the search button is ur best friend as alot of topics have previously been covered. But in answer to ur question, if u can drive ur car is more then capable of beating even VX and VY 6 cylinders and the VVT Falcons with 187kw's. My car has not beaten but came dead even with, in a real race an ex cop VT, they get the full blue printed 6 and chipped and the rest. though mine is manual im not sure how much power the auto box zaps. cheers john

cheers guys, yeah the one i have is incorporated into the whole system and has no saftey though the remote does have a button lock feature, i have never left my car in gear from the day i got it (the car not the alarm) so i dont think it will be too much of an issue, im just trying to keep the car as undefectable as possible. thanks again for the replys.

depends how u drive and mods and stuff though.

umm people are already buying them and putting them in storage in japan. when the car is 15 years old to the day u can bring it in, but make sure u research its not that simple, u need to apply for permission to import that vehicle and a whole range of other things.
