  6. Steve cant u ring up consumer affairs? I'm sure this would be covered under not being supplied with what was advertised. I hope all goes well.

  16. Is anyone else still waiting for their kit to arrive? I ordered mine 6 weeks ago, and when I ask them whats happening, I get "we spoke to the supplier, he's slow....etc" I understand people who ordered thier kit for the r33's got theirs almost straight away. How come I'm being given the run around from a "reputabe" comany??? Originally delivery was to be in 1 to 2 weeks. Not 6+. I understand that they have to wait for Micks Metalcraft to build them, but 6 weeks for some 2 for others?? sorry for my bit*h, I'm getting fed up with the run around from companys like this all the time.
  17. it starts at 10 and ends at 5? Anytime inbetween there sounds good for a bbq
  18. makin your own porn
  19. Thanks for the sympathy guys. Yeah it was the idler bearing bolt that snapped. You can see where the other half is still in the block. The timing belts fine - just feathered on the inside edge. Get someone who know what they're doing - and make sure no apprentice works on ya car
  20. for starters, take that oil catch can off straight away....
  21. What I'm sayin is that the rb25de stud pattern on the head is the same as the rb20 inlet manifold. Therefore if you were goin to fit a front facing plenum, then u would use a plenum built for the rb 20.
  22. yeah, you can use any plenum you want. As long as its suited to the car its goin in. I only meant u can get away with using the equipment u got. I was thinkin of goin the front plenum meself.
  23. yes you can. The inlet manifold, the exhaust manifold, everything bolts up. The only thing changed in this conversion in an r32 need be 1) the r32 rb25de head. 2) the series 2 rb30 block. EVERYTHING else is RB20. The waterpump, oilpump, gearbox, computer, injectors, etc. Even the cover over the coils that says NISSAN 24 valve.....
  24. I spoke with Ivan from RPM. He reckons there's not that much difference in a car with a powerfc compared to a remapped std. comp. He said to me a guy had the std. comp in his r32, then changed to a power fc and the hp was the same but the mid range picked up 10-20kw.
