  1. Updated price: $7,500 Updated with pictures Has 102,000km on the clock Is a stock standard RB25DET and gearbox and clutch and driveline Interior drivers garnish and air con vents are damaged, have a new one here Diff provides no drive, I assume the drivers side halfshaft has been pulled out of the diff. Needs a rear quarter cut, drivers side suspension subframe and drivers door. A-pillar is unharmed. B-pillar needs a little straightening where the drivers side intrusion bar bent it backwards about a centimetre. Bootlid is fine but now needs a little touchup paint on the edge because the rear quarter is touching the bootlid and the hinge of the bootlid is pushed about 1cm in, therefore the boot doesn't shut properly. From a couple of us checking the car out, we *dont think* the subframe is bent but still could be by an unnoticeably small amount. Needs a new wheel and rear caliper assembly, they were broken as part of the accident. The engine and gearbox stock standard and are perfect, the owner was a big wuss when it came to thrashing cars. Car has no rego, registration has been cancelled. There are no debts on it either. It is fully complied under low volume system, been in Australia for a few years with the one owner. 2. No worries, I'll just go back two years and re-earth the fuel pump, after I replaced the cams with stock ones (which fixed the problem) I'm sure it'll make it work better. Thanks champ! Couldn't have done it otherwise
  3. with at least 50% tread, any decent brand...
  4. Potenza's, they have about 50% of tread left, gone a little firm so they'll be great for a drift tyre.
  5. Yeah good to see ya happy with it
  6. Yeah, there are some absolute insane monsters.... I wonder how they tune those buggers!
  7. Revhead, we have an event down here called the Southern 80 where the whole competition is which team can pull a skiier along an 80km distance up the Murray River. Most of the boats end up having things like twin T88's and bigger on monster 454 and bigger blocks. I think the record was in the mid 30 minutes to complete the entire lap, with a skiier behind you! If I'm wrong someone please correct me here... But man..... words can't describe it, I've got a handful of pictures of these monsters from this year here: www.fullysikmate.com/bozz/southern80
  8. Joel, the accident you describe is absolutely identical to the one this vehicle had - the fan merely touched the radiator, cutting a few pipes open, sufficiently enough to warrant radiator replacement. If you see the damage to the radiator now, the accident caused less damage. Go and replace that pump or ensure the belt isn't FT. Revhead - Fan new from Nissan $93 Water pump new from Nissan $129 Brass/copper radiator new from Ferntree Gully Radiators $300 A day of me being pissed off having to fix the car again - priceless.
  9. Yeah, what sort of boat? If its a ski boat, it will effectively ruin the boat and make it drive like crap. You need instant and enormous amounts of torque in a boat, from standstill, thats how you pull skiiers up. Thats why almost all boats using inboards are V8's - Mine uses a Holden 308 and it can sure boogie. I couldn't imagine being pulled up by something that took 3 seconds to get any power, it would also be a piece of crap to try control while trying to pull a skiier up. On the other hand, if its a rear mount speedboat with no intention of skiing, wakeboarding or other related water activities, it could be a very interesting job. I'm planning on twin turbo'ing my boat, just imagine the sound of a 5 litre V8 with no muffling, basically straight through 3" pipes from each V, while spooling up two turbo's - you'd be in two heavens
  10. Subject: R33 GTS25t We think it got fractured in a prior accident or the clever person who replaced the bearings in the alternator a few months back overtightened the belt. Most likely the first theory.
  11. No reg no roadworthy. As is. R31 Skyline 1988 GX RB25DET series 2 motor 1997 About 43,000km RB25DET series 1 5spd gearbox unknown KM Single piece 3" tailshaft 3" front exhaust, cat, resonator, 2x 2.5" rear straight through mufflers. Exhaust is almost completely silent New Kings lowered springs, Monroe Sensatrac shocks. 16" ROH alloys, average condition, they're about 5 years old. Tyres have about 40% tread. Alarm/Immobiliser/Remote start Recently resprayed, very average respray quality in Mitsubishi Sienna Red. Body is very straight. Needs a bit of work for roadworthy $5,900
  12. Its a silver colored braid yeah, just additional certainty that rust doesn't impar electrical contact from manifold studs & bolts to the head to prevent static buildup since the exhaust is mounted on rubber.
  13. BTW, phorj is my partner in crime here, he's currently got half the bits at his place due to me running out of room at my place.
  14. I do still have the power steering pump. Everything listed on the main page is still available. Pictures page has a new URL www.fullysikmate.com/r33/parts.htm Cheers
  15. One more thing you should consider is the maximum RPM designed for the clutch. The absolute last thing you want is the clutch exceeding its max RPM and exploding, most likely taking the flywheel with it. I've seen what happens when an RB20DET loses its flywheel at 4,000RPM, lets say the car was written off. Both chassis rails cut, smashed gearbox, broken engine block, bits of the flywheel smashed both wheels, bonnet, sliced open the firewall, smashed the windscreen, missed the drivers feet by about 20cm. In other words, ensure your PRESSURE PLATE is rated to the suitable RPM. I'll also add another point, if you want a standard clutch to feel better and have less throw from released to full engaged, get a clutch slave cylinder with a smaller bore diameter. What this means is you need to push the pedal less to achieve full release as less fluid will be required in the slave cylinder to throw out the clutch. This also increases the clutch pedal weight so it proves you dont get anything for free in this world
  16. if it is listed in the first post then I have it.
  17. Brake flexible lines were sold with the brakes
  18. is this the unit you're after: www.fullysikmate.com/bozz/r33/smartentrance.jpg On sticker on other side of unit: Smart Entrance 28596 C9924 12V NILES JAPAN DONT DROP
  19. Yes I do. I'll sell it for $685
