At least I can spell
Sometimes
The one I am getting is 0.8 mm.
After explaining my situation to one of the turbo shops, they agreed that I do infact need a restrictor as I have a high revving engine with a high volume oil pump.
Hopefully I will get the restrictor tomorrow so I can test it at WSID on Saturday.
I'll either be happy that I have no white smoke on decelaration now
OR
I'll have a lunched turbo..........
I think I am going to get a restrictor since I am running an N1 oil pump.
-4 , 0.8 or 0.9 mm should be ok since Jason's built in one is 1.2 mm - if it was larger than that I would be concerned.

It's even in the same thread - nice one boiz ! :)
PS - SUPPER - Super. :)
More info for you guys - I have an N1 oil pump - so more oil flow to the turbo.
I am getting puffs white smoke from the exhaust on decelaration from redline in 4th and 5th gears whilst the engine is in gear.
I have rung two Turbo specialists and both told me I didn't need one - but I'm not sure if they understood my circumstances.
Cheers,
I'm fairly sure it's a -4., 0.9mm hole (o.o35)
But need feedback from people who have done this and gone the distance with the restrictor in - not just daily driving - circuit and track work..
Cheers,
