If you choose to speed/DUI, DiaMD - you might (and prolly will) get busted - YOUR CHOICE If you choose to drive whilst suspended - again ..... YOUR choice. My choice is to recomend to your 'friend' to get a mental illness check - because he sounds like he is retarded for braking the law twice. The penaty is - he gets what he deserves. Simple as that.
