  1. cage a few of them up and ship them to countries where people are starving....they breed so fast they could be the answer to 3rd world food shortage
  2. I used to blast my apexi with the hose....worked just fine...take the pod off and blast it inside and out...no problems at all...
  3. or another question...which has the beefier bottom end...I still prefer the straight 6...
  4. You could do a lot worse than the Apexi Pod filters. They would be the best that I know of. Not that foam crap that gradually deteriorates and gets ingested by your engine. Apexi is washable and is priced quite well .....look on ebay
  5. quick question.....are all of the pipes standard or have they been changed ? Reason why I ask is that sometimes you get some boob who installs his own pipes and said pipes sometimes dont have the flange on the ends and continually blow off. also are you using rubber or silicon hose in the connections of the IC piping ?
  6. your doing a great job!! keep up the good work...get these morons off the road before they kill somebody
  7. correct me if I am wrong but my understanding of the Trust T517z is that the wastegate itself swings in the other direction ( Not a Gay joke ) which is why the dump pipes that have a split dump pipe eg type that has a seperate pipe for wastegate exhaust cannot be used....Thats my understanding
  8. I just wish that we didnt have to wait so long for this movie to come out. The indiana jones movies are awesome classics Harrison ford is starting to show his age a bit
  9. black carbon bonnet would look awesome on it, maybe a few brand stickers on the door or guard ( if you like that kind of thing )
  10. I fully agree...NSW roads are the worst I have ever driven on...And like yourself I too have had the pleasure of driving on German Autobahns...Your dead right...People have more road courtesy, Beeping the horn over there is a polite gesture. Here its the bell before a boxing match......The police need to get some of these morons off the roads.Forget about impounding cars...Impound the Driver..I will never forget my last experience on the Autobahn..in my cousins Audi doing 190 kmh and having a merc blast past us like we werent even there
  11. very good deal....MTX is ok, Maybe not as good as Boston but still ok....for that price I would be happy
  12. yep I think they would look pretty good on your car. Who gives a toss what people think...Your car, your the one whos gotta be happy
  13. nice rims...But i can imagine they would be colour sensitive...in other words they would look sensational on some coloured cars and not so on other colours....
  14. will be intersting to see if there are any clutch/gearbox issues that may arise with the hike in power...Wish I knew this test was on today, I would love to have showed up for that one
  15. Yeah funny how that title was thrown at jap cars for pointless mods...when the funny thing is that most of the muscle cars seem to have just as many if not more stupid mods of their own like..... Alloy drop tanks on cars that have never/will never see circuit use Half cage in a car eg SLR 5000's - how many were fitted with half cages that never saw track duty The old fluffy dice from the mirror-maybe a valiant/monaro thing V8 Commodore guys removing the Rochester quadrajet and fitting a 600 holley.....Really dumb, Rochy flows 750 cfm standard Nos stickers on cars without nos Chev badges on a 253 premier Monster tachos on a V8 that will only rev to 5500 rpm Fitting a Ford 9 inch in a car that makes stuff all power these are just some of the ridiculous things that come to mind..
  16. very nice...I love these oldies...absolutely immaculate condition too...
  17. its a little hard to tell from the photos as they are a little isolated. I am guessing you have blown the one that turns the air con compressor. Run the car for a few minutes and see if your air con gets cool is the best way to find out.More than likely an idler pulley may have exploded also. They do tend to seize ...however by the photos I just cant quite see enough to be able to tell you if it has or not.if you are gonna drive it make sure you pull out any loose peices of belt first as you dont want it getting caught on existing belt and throwing it also....not an expensive fix however
  18. In R32s there is a little relay box ( Thats what I think its called ) somewhere in the steering column area.this is connected to the headlight switch itself. Quite often the contacts start bending from years of use ...I would be looking at this first..Go to an auto electrician, they will fix that problem quite easily
  19. I really dont understand what the obsession is with trying to discredit the car for what it is.The fact is it does have history with Nismo as a prototype. No its not an official wholesale model available to millions of people. Its a car plucked of the production line to be used as a prototype...Nobody ever said it was a one of a kind GTR...just a prototype....The car is absolutely immaculate and worthy of admiration...yet all I hear is nitpicking....
  20. so flick the boost restrictor and put on a decent exhaust and go the track and try him again
  21. I would love to know roughly what sort of lap time a V8 supercar would lap Mt Panorama in without any sort of wing or front spoiler...that would be interesting
  22. standard turbo ? if so look for the turbine wedged in the cat converter
  23. mx5 = 1 seriously wicked handling little roadster...go for a ride in one and see for yourself...you will wear the dolmio grin
  24. 25.687 secs after a few goes
