  1. I got my pair for 600 in new condtion, they are worth every cent. There were also a fair bit lighter than the stock gtst ones.
  2. Sweet, nice work
  3. Hey, i have a spare set of half clear ones. They are not perfect but they are close. I am after $100 plus postage otherwise ill hang onto them. Pm me if u like and ill try and organise some pics because my digi is overseas atm. Mick
  4. I did not ask if you wankers (MCF05/slide247) thought of VLT's in general, nor what you (who the fck are you anyway) thought of the people who drive them. I was after serious factual replies based on peoples actual experiences. Like the other guy said there is no need to slander vlt's making statements that leave people feeling dumber and irritated. The board is not for you to come into any thread you please and put a car down because you think your car may be better than the one mentioned or you dont like the people that drive them. Thanks to those that provided useful info, im not sure it will be getting filmed but i will post back in the future how we go. Mick
  5. Better than a 89 GTR that shits everything when u dump the clutch for the first time.
  6. Coming from someone that owns a 31, lol. Dont ruin the thread with you useless input.
  7. I will be sure to post back, it should be happening in the next few weeks. Thanks for the input stagezilla
  8. What does the r32 gtst weight, has anyone weighed theirs?
  9. I have a r32 gtst producing 295rwhp and my mate has a VL turbo producing 295rwhp. What do you think the cars cars will be like againts each other; 60ft time wise rolling race from 60kph-200 which car would you expect to do a better 1/4? Do these cars weigh roughly the same? Really just intersted to see how the 2lt goes against the 3. I suspect i could get owned with all the 3lt talk on here. Only think i really have going for me is i run good potenza s-03 rubber and my mate runs absolute crap that sees him wheelspin alot. Cheers fellas, Mick

  11. Got my kit this morning, fitted it in a hour or two. Cant be happier after trying lowered kings, to hks hipermax coilovers, to these. The ride height is perfection on the standard settings. The suspension feels very solid without the harsh ride. I will post some more feedback when i drive it some more. It was raining on the way home from the shop so i couldnt throw it around to much. I did test how easy the rears spin etc and im very happy. Car behaves when you get off the gas etc very well. Only thing that wasnt really flash was the bump stops and dust covers whiteline supply. Anyone who wants a set of front and rear for $50 let me know. Mick
  12. SiksII Got my cat today mate, wasnt expecting it untill tomorrow or next week. Best group buy ive been in, thanks vrey much. Since i only paid last wednesday i am very impressed. Cheers again mate, i know you made nothing out of it. Which you really shoudl have for the work you put it. Mick
  13. Money transfered for bolt on cat. Thanks again mate, great price.
  14. Joel, from reading your guide, i didnt think u had to lower the motor in an r32 if you used the correct head and inlet plenum. That is the r32 rb25 head and lower half of plenum and the rb20 top half of the plenum. Is this correct? I am looking at putting togetther a rb25/30 very soon. Thanks
  15. Yeah im interested too, Pm with details please B Mick
  16. What did he install for you, did you get the whole SK package? Im only after front camber/castor rear camber installer. Have no issues doing shocks and swaybrars but form the looks of the suspension arms you need special tools to press the old bushes out and the new ones in. I have a press but not the tools. If i could buy them from whiteline i would then i could fit this stuff for others as well. .. Frustrating, but cheers again guys. Mick
  17. Hmm this is bad news, i need a front camber/castor and rear camber kit fitted. Surely whiteline recomends someone in QLD/Brisbane. Cheers boys
  18. Quick question, who is the best whiteline fitter in brisbane. Cheers
  19. Thanks guys, exactly what i was looking for. Duncan hadnt considered that opttion thanks for pointing it out! I have to rush out now, i will get back to this when i have time in the next few days. Mick
  20. I said in the country for a reason, its is not the easiest option for me to grow wings and fly to japan and find one and send it home.... for me anyway. Anyone know anywhere else apart from just jap, really looking to hear from people who have actually purchased one and what there experiences were etc.
  21. As the title states i am trying to work out where in the country is the best place to buy a RB26 from a 33GTR. Ultimately i would like to get the 33GTR half cut, minus panles and brakes so i can remove the engine myself (read:carefully) at my workshop. I am not looking for the cheapest R32 engine i can find. Instead i am looking for a good quality R33 engine with around 100k kms or less on it. Everyones input would be very much appreciated!
  22. Got some decent sized pics? May be interested. Thanks
  23. FWIW i have seen japanese high mount kits with a balance pipe fitted between the two turbo to afm pipes. Maybe it was done for fun, maybe not.....
  24. IMO a japanese car needs a new japanese exaust. Believe it or not but japanesemotorsport have much better prices on the trust exausts. I think mine was around 1200 delivered(2years ago), took me minutes to install, not much louder than stock at idle, great note, no drone, etc, etc. Do not commit the sin of the australian made catback system., it will look and sound like shite, not to mention being the japanese ones are typically designed on CAD software. Support local front/dump pipes instead!!!111@2 For look, sound, performance you cant go past a japanese system, stuff the price
  25. Is it now the third most effective in the WORLD, hahaha.
