  1. yeah the sharing of cars & accommodation will definitely be a must for those on a budget
  2. expect it to be approx $2 a litre by then if you use 100 litres from Adel - Melb, return trip = $400 depending if you share accommodation, allow $100 per night + $50 per day for food (obviously less if your share) If you like your drink & entertainment, + at least another $50 per day am I way out there Steve or does that sound around the mark?
  3. yes buddy I did.....sorry I haven't gotten back to you yet, I hadn't forgotten....I'm going to do my very best Matty
  4. hey you....we wash sometimes
  5. no probz Luke, you're locked in as well now
  6. lol, don't feel bad Shaun.....I can never find the vegemite in the cupboard and the missus always points to it as it stares me right in the face
  7. yeah fair enough
  8. hahaha, lol.......you clown
  9. no worries guys....let me know soon as you can Luke (ENR34)
  10. hmmm.....wouldn't be a silver/grey 2003 with Volk wheels by any chance ha, ha, lol
  11. thats actually very good advice. Make sure you also tell the agent that if the vendors insist with the auction going ahead that your offer may not be there at the end if it gets passed thru for less.
  12. the rims look hot Mark. Consider yourself locked in Ben
  13. at this stage the 3rd should be ok as long as the weather holds out
  14. Looking at this pic, I reckon that would be a yes bud
  15. that can't be right bud.....you definitely have to look at percentages otherwise a car with 100kw at the flywheel would have about 20kw at the wheels yeah those figures make more sense Dale & Steve
  16. yeah no worries Luke, consider it done. Ben (Dohmar) and Luke (ENR034), do you guys still want one as well....let me know soon please and we can sort out payment later
  17. That orange dragon thing is a classic example of what I was up against in the National Comps on the Gold Coast last year.......flamin "trailer queens" built by peeps with too much money & no taste and that'll never be ridden or could be ridden!! I still managed to walk away with a trophy in all 3 comps over the week but they should have a category where you should have to ride the bike to the show IMO........and what's with the lawn mower engine?! Great pics though Martin
  18. I like the red & white pro street bike. The silver trike looks like the work of Scottys Chopper in NSW.....all the tinware is hand fabricated aluminium. The blue & silver thing just mixed up his era.......modern chop with ape hangers, sissy bar and possibly springer front doesn't really go IMO
  19. Ben that would be OK....it'll take up to a couple of weeks to arrive. For peeps that I know from here I would be happy to take your word as confirmation and I'll order them either tonight or tomorrow and pay for the lot up front.
  20. Just spoke to my mate who can get the N1 waterpumps for a bit cheaper than that including freight from overseas. We're talking under $300 for 1 and as low as $260ea for 4 or 5.........anyone local interested? Either way, at that price I'm going to order one cause I don't think we'll be able to find them cheaper anywhere else......and as stated by Ryan they don't suffer cavitation issues at high rpm and apparently flow better at lower rpm due to the bigger impellar with less fins.
  21. ha, ha, sorry Stevie.............pink wasn't an option
  22. whew thats good because I was chatting to one of Kellie's friends at Unley Nissan (nice bloke) and he reckons they didn't come with gaskets.....maybe that was the N1 stuff, but still didn't sound right.
  23. Ben Ben Ben..........maybe if I sunk a carton of Paley as well, I may agree
  24. Ha, ha.....sorry Tim EDIT: and Dan
  25. yeah thanks Ryan, as soon as I get my act together I'll track you down. I'm definitely leaning towards the N1 if I can get one for a reasonable price but I'm not keen on paying $300 or more when a stockie should be a fraction of that price......I knew of a place overseas that were selling N1's for approx $200 but can't find them anymore. Now apparently RB's don't use gaskets for their waterpumps.....huh!!? What do you guys put them on with?
