LOL Matty, that was awesome. I know hind's sight is a beautiful thing but he was pointing the right way if he could roll back, but the wrong way if you can't roll back. All the dosh he's spent on tyres won't help on those hills until he gets some lockers....he would've crawled up both hills easily without wasting all his power on the wheels that don't matter.....wish I had've brought mine up. I don't understand why anyone would want to go from a CAI to a HAI.....seems to defeat the whole purpose and idea of performance. IMHO, stick with a box and modify it, thereby keeping away heat from the engine bay from your induction and inducing air from an outside port or vent instead.

lol Vu, you don't double clutch (it's not a truck with a crash box), you flat change if you can trust your synchros and gear selectors.......I wouldn't on a 5 speed GTR box though

The locals were telling us that they don't bother recording temperatures that exceed 50 deg but temps in the mid 50's are quite common.....whew, I'm thirsty just thinking about it again! All Skylines would die up there unfortunately.....and some 4WD's too, lol. Nothing grows with that heat, not even weeds.

I've had a run in with a couple of others on here but the difference between you and them is that they run to ns.com and create threads to slag the SAU Mods....you know who you are!! Don't get me started with those flamin trams.....way back in the day they even ran along Unley Road, lol. I do a fair amount of work throughout the CBD streets but gone are the days where you can easily do a U-turn anywhere along North Tce or along KW Street thru the breaks in the median strip (no breaks now). Mr Rann, they got rid of the trams along time ago for very good reason, it's called a bus, without interupting all the infrastructure! The Bee-Line bus (not sure if it still operates) used to run the length of KW Street to Nth Adel for free and would service all the peeps getting off the tram in Vic Square to the Nth Tce Train Station! EDIT: and another thing Mr Rann, if you love the trams so much, move to Melbourne and don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out!!
