  1. The film "Captured" was good. Anyone who values their precious car should see it - an alternative to 'usual procedures'.
  2. How much are they Simon? I've been told they just barely fit the BNR32.
  3. Thanks for the correction Brett. Appreciated! Yes, negotiating on a BNR32. I'll take these then lokileah subject to email pics to [email protected] with your full name and address and phone number. That'll be appreciated too!
  4. Fraction too wide for a R32 GTR aren't they? Otherwise I'd take them. I really would like to be corrected!
  5. Correct - especially if there's no-one in your rear vision mirror.
  6. Her 530i in the background Aaron. We've recently celebrated her being 5yrs clear of cancer, so... Thank you for commenting on a car that's been outside the square since the 80s.
  7. Sure David. You're still a good chance.
  8. We'll ask RMBLBE for you. Milan video'd our last Tech Arvo. Pity you're caught up with Sat wk
  9. Np, I don't think. At the other end of the tunnel, where the exit is, you can feasibly park the 4WD/Trailer there Jimmy.
  10. I vouch for Daniel to be on his best behaviour in the passenger seat so long as he has refrained from beans in the past 12 hrs. Dan, You might have to wear a GT-R hoodie for the Skyline drivers to take notice of you... or drive an Alfa Romeo for the campus girls to take notice of you. On second thought, hire a puppy.
  11. Hopefully James, someone will lap this up in time for the R32 GT-R 25th Anniversary Celebration in August!
  12. Your Dad has bought his BNR32 just in time Nathan. We look forward to seeing it > subsequent video display of it. Peeps, the OP has the correct name of the charity up now. Us Execs just need to formally apply to be fundraisers of "Cure Brain Cancer Foundation" > be approved to receive monies on their behalf.
  13. I do really appreciate your input guys about something that you might only have the faintest interest. We, 'er she decided with her brains trust to go for something safe, fast, comfortable, luxurious, agile and not too conspicuous. Now we need to sell her other one. 0-100 in 7 sec. 6.5 if I opt for Volvo to alter the adjustable ECU and then "Polestar" tune it (without loss of warranty). Corners much better than I expected Heaps of safety features + 4 yr Volvo warranty We nearly chose a red one at Carlins Brokers at Girraween. I noticed in the Girraween model, the first owner's name... > Gave him a call a week ago > After leaving a message, I called him again about his MY10 model with just 43,500Km on it > I hate leaving messages - and it's worse the 2nd time around > It's a bit like a 'rejection' thing > Tonight, he gave me a call back. He'd been to Europe with his wife and had just got home > He asked me if we'd bought his former XC60 T6 > I said it was a close decision since both his and our new one came from the same dealership (Purnell) > He proceeded to tell me that he'd not had one ounce of trouble, always serviced at Purnell Motors and had bought every option imaginable * tow bar - unused * courtesy lights * roof racks * top of the line sound system (same as our newer one) * panoramic sun roof * netting So if you're after a luxury SUV that goes!!!... I've already bargained it down to $37,250 (half new price). Sorry for sounding like a car salesman lol
  14. Hi JOC, Let me know if the dealer does not honour his promise by the end of this month please? I pray that his conscience will override his greed. If he doesn't come good, let me know (with the family's permission) who & where I send a $100 cheque to, and it'll be done. That's just a small contribution I know. Terry
  15. Even though you're 1st on the Reserve List Mark, I'm sure something will pop up. This event will suit your expertise too.
  16. Nismo belt. That can be noisy for the 1st 1000km but nowhere as noisy as Gates
  17. Hehe yeah, what you do is loudly say, "PSSSST" and lots of Philippinos will turn around! I used to work in the chemist on the corner of Kildare n Balmoral and was taught to do that by Rebecca my fellow Philippino pharmacist lol
  18. Geoff, you have last spot.. ...atm
  19. O'seas buyers as well as Aussie buyers bid for that VS2 N1. The seller had second thoughts about his reserve this wk > more realistic. No bubbling paintwork but surface rust underneath abounds. It might have thrown some bidders off, but it shouldn't have. Wishing the Aussie successful bidder all the best... particularly whilst a UK seller is asking for over 90,000 pounds (i understand)
