Oh yes, I've been reminded now that the police did a check because the car was unregistered.
So the father didn't get pinged...
Josh didn't get pinged...
Go Figure.
Look at the timeline!
This story is told on ninemsn 13/2/12.
The Youtube entry was on 27/1/12
And yet the police are still "trying to locate the driver" of the truck ??????
How hard do you have to try FFS????
17 day timeline and still can't locate the jerk?????
* 173xxxKm and all services done on time; every time.
* Built late 2005, but 2006 Model XT
* No panel damage except for a dent off the M4 Motorway on the bonnet and then the scoop. A few minor scratches.
* No visible wear on steering wheel or gear knob
* Blue tooth works fine - Sound system is standard
* I've never pulled any trailer - just a bike rack for mtn bikes and it's used for transporting medicines
I know how you feel Phil.
Some later V-Spec II versions came with torches.
Anyway, let me know if a Sydney friend wants to buy one for you and bring it south.
The Force: Behind The Line last night 12/2/12
Did I witness Police Misbehaviour or...
was it just kind heartedness?
Scenario:- A young guy named Josh gets pulled over by cops for a check.
1) He's driving his Dad's BMW 335i probably without permission, (although he denied it). His Dad's overseas.
2) He's a P1 driver with no plates displayed
3) He's driving a car prohibited for P drivers being a turbo. He denies knowing that the 335i is turbo'd
4) The car's insurance is null and void
5) The CTP insurance (in case he injured you or me) is null and void
...and he gets let off with just a caution > his mother has to pick up the car > he opens the boot to pick up the skateboard & skates off
I'm not even sure if he was carrying his licence.
How many of you, even if you were as polite as Josh, would have got away with just a caution?
Whilst timing the short course yesterday at Texi, who gets into the top quarter of best times but Bodella-a-a-a-a !!!!
And Ryan's times just got better and better! Smashing GT-Rs, Sylvias, MX-5s, R31s; Ryan offered no mercy!
Congrats
You may be right about that since I notice quite a few within an area bounded by
* Burwood to the east
* Chipping Norton to the south
* Blacktown to the west
* Auburn to the north
There are two different diameter flares.
I only have a couple of smaller diameter flares; but no holders.
They are also out of date (as one would expect)
And I don't know how to get around posting them when jiffy bags ask for a declaration to be signed - I think about explosives.
Anyway, I hope this helps somewhat.
It was a pleasure for me to be one of several timers this morning and I certainly look forward to Pics & Vids as I'd prefer them to do the talking.
But let me relay to you the 3 things I could smell...
1) rubber
2) clutches &
3) testosterone
Lol
They can have a double-rubber O-ring and the inner one can be very stubborn.
It takes care to not damage the centre from underneath as you knock it out; so I'd spray some "INOX" top and bottom if silicone doesn't make it more slippery.
Look like these?
IMHO & it's all so subjective, but on black wheels and black car,....
1) Black is safe but stealth
2) Red is a powerful colour to match black but the RAYS ones can tend to fade into pink in the sun
3) Blue is also showy and girls luv it
4) Titanium is sophisticated
Just a cherry on the top ^ ^^ lol
