Whilst the R32 GTR Nismo is hot property, is it just a lack of awareness so far that the ADM and N1 have still 'flown under the radar' in the USA at this point in time? Since one New Zealander already owns two R32 GTR N1s currently, are there enthusiasts in the USA asking importers to spot Nismo and N1 cars and bid for them despite rising auction prices? Is there any interest in the USA to watch out for ADM R32 GTRs whilst these are still a 'sleeper' so to speak?

RE30 is the perfect look for dish and yet have a spoke design to accommodate large brakes. Believe it or not that those very wheels were stolen off a subsequent owner. And they didn't even have a mark on them. So sad.

Does this mean that if a 1999 R34 GT-R was already registered in Canada, providing that upon applying for it to be imported into USA, and it complied with Customs, DOT and EPA; it's possible for you to have a newer car?

Let's presume that "an item of interest" which is less than 25yrs old pops up for sale. Are you USA guys able to make the purchase and put it into storage until it can legally be complied and registered?

I should then be able to assume that whilst popularity of owning an R32 GTR is on the rise, people upon seeing them will do their own research to find just how phenomenal they've been in the track performance stakes eh? Thus the increase in chatter on Fb, blogs and NAGTROC... Would it be true that most interest will be coming from those who are 45 yrs old and under?

May I ask what the USA vehicle safety design rules are, which might stipulate additional items to be installed before registration in your state? Do these rules differ much from state to state as you indicated in Hawaii? In other words, are there many states as strict as Hawaii? Did Wisconsin state really crush one or more GTRs?

Many people over the past 2 yrs have switched to Facebook for chit chat and to run car cruises without responsibility or strict adherence to rules which also leaves organisers open to litigation if things go pear shaped. Are there several tuners of note in the US who are experienced with the plethora of ECUs and performance mods, that can extract the great potential of the Skyline GTRs?
