Can't say I am a fan of the R34 GT / GTT / GTR wing on a R32 Looks fucking shit IMO. Kinda sticks out like a sore thumb... But each to their own. If you want, go a R32 GTR spoiler and leave it as that. As a suggestion you could go R324. Bee*R in Japan make a R34 GTR front conversion for R32's. (^^ It has the right wheel offset but the right height is fail as it sits up too high.) May or may not be your taste or going though the entire effort in doing the conversion. Also it has to be done right to pull it off. I'd rather you do this then the R34 Spoiler.

You'd want the snorkel to feed cold air to the air box. That's what it is there for. If the cooler piping is in the way, you could try and make up an aftermarket cold air intake.

If you go R34 GTR N1's, they are pretty much the equivalent to HKS GTSS, different Compressor Housing and Compressor Wheel. Specs wise is very similar, but max power output is approx: N1's = 367.75 kW GTSS = 411.88 ... From memory.
