There is a Red R35 GTR with th number plates SPECV in VIC and from memory it is a JDM Import. Yes, don't expect Nissan AUS to give you any warrenty what so ever. It's pretty much taking it to your trustworthy mechanic and forking out the cash.

Yeah I do self maintain, as one of my mechanics, who works for TGS Performance is a close family friend of ours so he and I work on my car. He has done my oil and oil filter, fuel filter, disk brakes, brake pads, clutch slave and master cylenders, wheel alignment (Tyre rods, CV joints, steering wheel sensor), fix / re-align the door windows and anything the he is capible of doing in his garage with the tools. If any bigger job I take it to my other mechanic at Le Mans Automotive.

So what your saying is you can upgrade it for more advanced R/C Drifters but not really needed just for starters yeah? - LOL! Lower the car... Will that improve the Handling a lot more for a R/C Car? Again is it needed for beginners or is it for the advanced RC Drifters? Yeah the LHS rip your wallet apart for sure, I have seen the Nismo R34 GTR Z-Tune body shell for like $70! But some are lower in price in the $60 range, but you still have to buy the paint and spray it up. Wheels and tyres and paint are not too bad but still it all adds up towards the cost. IF I do get the TT01 S15 Silvia, Iam planing on painting it Matt / Satin Black or a Dark Red with a Matt Black Roof. Or I might buy the Wide Body S15 and paint that Matt Black as the Nismo Copper Mix does not look much of a wide body. I wanna get something like the Rauh Welt S15 Silvia. What is the Genaral Maintenace like on a RC Drift car? You got to make sure all the screws, nuts and bolts are all tight. Does it need oil top ups for the suspension and lubrication on the gears and parts of the diffs? Tyres will be worn after heavy drifting and does the chassis collect a lot of dirt and dust, in which you will need to clean out? Is it best for drifting on a smooth track, in your garage on a smooth concret floor rather ashfelt out on the street? If you can answer that for me that be AWESOME! Cool!

Cool! Get the resonator and the muffler put on and see how you go... You will probley find that the exhaust will be very restrictive, so don't hammer it too hard. Untill you goto the EPA and let them rev it, pass the test then free it up again.

Put a resinator in just before the rear muffler, but that will be restrictive. Yeah you can replace the whole car back with something more quiet like a Nismo or Kakimoto or HKS, who make a Silent Hi-Power Exhaust System. It has a quiet rumble on idle and give a nice roar on full throttle.

Put your stock exhaust back on, install a shitty cat converter (So a non high flow one) and put in a resinator just before the rear muffler. Test it and see how you go. That should shut the F**king EPA up.

Why don't you get a tape measure out and measure it? Or take another photo of the front pipe joining onto the cat and then the cat back so we can see if the pipes are the same size or if ones bigger than the other. It looks stock, but just measure it to make sure.

So all that carbon fibre, he would save a bit of weight... You'd hope...

The 1st pic showing the Down and Front Pipes looks aftermarket to me. Can you get another pic? From memory the stock Down and Front Pipes look very thin and usually have all this metal plating wraped around it.
