    Depends on the car itself. You will be hard to fine a non V-Spec / V-Spec II with low-ish Km's as they are moving on to being a 15 year old car...     As long as the bolts line up. Also depending on how the pod filters are setup... Some are held with braces and they can sit higher or lower... Which you might have to test fit to make sure it fits over the pods.

    What oil did it come with when you got the car? How many Km's has it done? Generally, anything in the 10W-40 Full Synthetic range will do you and what most people in here use. Castrol / Mobil / Motul etc would be the main brands plus others...
