  3. guys every dyno is different and on top of this is the difference between shootout and non shootout mode. Dont be concerned that a person is makin higher power with a stockie turbo and so on.... a car doesnt need a dyno number to be quick.
  4. yeh but regency decieded to pick on me the 3rd time id been thru thou, they are so inconsistent considereing every other time they didnt say anythin,
  5. shootout mode was designed so that any dyno dynamics dyno result can be compared anywhere. this is achieved by having different vairbles for temp, humidty, sea level etc etc.

  8. ben. it wuld b sweet if u could add some small details on the peoples cars. ie turbo used, tyres, that way its similar to hpi and also give some insight on different setups.
  9. it depends on the ramp rate setting on the non shootout mode dyno. however generally 5% higher is shootout mode.

  12. it was a good cruz, and a good amount of people turned up except on 4 of us actually went. mattr fried his clutch so he had to go home early, so at the end after about an hour - hour half, we finished up near golden grove, where me, n/a, miss 33, trick and nismostu had a cool chat, then we all departed. all up nice roads, however i wish my car was runnin better, as i could only give max 70% throttle or else id get these mad power jerk cut outs. lucky for me mick was doing much the same, so i could keep up with him. However if it was the gorge, we could of gone alot harder. Supposely there wer cops on gorge cos someone from ns.com cruz crashed there.... Anyway yeh thats about it. was fun, i was so tired thou... thanks for the water ken

  15. I think what cheeky means is that when john talked to him, johns opinion was that the guy would crash the car. If this is the case, i know the car and driver... and i agree with johns comments.

  21. hmm sounsds like a thing i might mess with. i was reading somewhere ages ago, that they recommend spending a little extra and by brass fittings over plastic as the spray pattern is meant to be very improtant in heat dissapation?

  23. Thanks for the info gary. dp u know much about the dampner controls in the Tien HA series coilovers. Would it be worth the play around in it. Obviously i dont expect anythin special out of them...
