  5. Finally have some pictures of the car. Unfortunately, as the pictures show, the car was smashed up by someone and a few parts stripped since it was parked. The only part I want to keep are the rims. Feel free to PM me an offer for the whole car or let me know if you want to have a look at it in person.
  6. Great news for the reputation of the Skyline: http://www.news.com.au/breaking-news/hoon-...0-1225825640234 POLICE have slammed the action of two hoon drivers outside a Melbourne school after one lost control of his car and narrowly missed a group of students on their lunch break. Two former students entered Isik College's Dandenong campus in Chapel Road, Keysborough, with their cars about 1.30pm (AEDT) today, police said. When they were asked to leave by a staff member, one driver performed a burnout as he entered the car park. The second driver was warned to drive carefully but instead accelerated, performed a 40-metre burnout, police allege. His car then slid across the road and hit a fence, before veering away from a second fence at the last moment. The fence stood between the car and a group of students, police said. Police impounded the car, a Nissan Skyline Coupe, and arrested the driver, an 18-year-old from Mulgrave. The first driver, an 18-year-old from Dandenong, later contacted police.
  7. Thats terrible. Some of those cars are fubar. Must have been one hell of a storm? Edit: Video of one tent falling
  8. I've got one you can have for $15. I'm in Bayswater North.
  9. Tirhatuan Lakes is a pretty good course.
  10. Thats terrible. Possibly 5 to 6 families being woken up by the police telling them a family member is dead or seriously injured. Just read on news.com that two p-plate drivers were caught doing 170kmh and running red lights on Burwood Highway. It was a Supra and an Integra... at least it wasn't a Skyline.
  11. I don't believe the Magistrates court has ever worked this quickly. There must be more to this story. Perhaps pressure from the Brumby government? The breaking good behaviour idea is also possible. If our legal system worked this efficiently all of the time it would great, can't see it happening any time soon unfortunately.
  12. Thanks mate. Good to know for future reference.
  13. I've always wondered if you could buy the ex Japanese police cars at auction the same way we can here. Wouldn't mind picking up one of the R34 GTR's they used to use. Has anyone seen them for sale in Japan before?
  14. I hope the police do the same with the next person who damages my property and threatens me. Pretty unlikely though... http://www.theage.com.au/national/swift-ja...00115-mckj.html A 48-YEAR-OLD man has been jailed for racially abusing and threatening to kill an Indian taxi driver in Ballarat early yesterday. Magistrate Michelle Hodgson sentenced Paul John Brogden, of Navigators, to three months' jail, little more than 12 hours after he attacked the 24-year-old taxi driver. Ballarat Magistrates Court was told that Brogden and his brother got into the taxi shortly after 2am and asked to be driven to Navigators, outside Ballarat. But Brogden, who had drunk 24 cans of beer and taken Valium, became abusive after asking the driver to take a faster route. He told the driver he would kill him when he dropped him off, then racially vilified him. Police prosecutor Leading Senior Constable Clint Prebble said the driver pressed the emergency button in his cab and pulled into a petrol station for help. ''The defendant followed him inside and verbally abused him,'' Leading Senior Constable Prebble said. Brogden then assaulted an unidentified man at the petrol bowser before returning to the taxi, where he smashed the windscreen with his arm, ripped out a navigation device and damaged a radio. The taxi driver was uninjured in the attack. Police arrested Brogden at the scene and, when asked to explain, his behaviour, he said: ''I am a dickhead, I f---ed up.'' Brogden pleaded guilty to two counts of unlawful assault, one count of making threats to kill and one count of intentionally damaging property. Defence lawyer Philip Lynch said Brogden was ''appalled'' by his behaviour, remembered little about it and had asked for his case to be heard quickly.
  15. Some interesting replies here, especially from MSTRshenanigans. My personal thoughts on the illegal modifications would be that they could void your insurance as the car is considered unfit for road use. Could someone with more knowledge shed a little light on this?
  16. Location? Price? RWC? Registration? Photos? Edit: Contact info? Least info in a for sale thread I've ever seen
  17. This isn't even funny. Why make an account to troll and then do a crap job of it?
  18. I have an R33 RB25 actuator if its of any use to you?
  19. I've ordered parts from Nengun and as everyone else has mentioned - they're slow. Sounds like an Aus Post f**k up. The parts should have been sent to a local Post Office and a card left at your place with details for collection. Theres no reason to send the parts back to Japan.
  20. I did't think you could comply the 4 door 33 GTR? Has evidence been done for it?
  21. Ah, I see. I assumed it was a glitch, but turns out that the system is working well. Still trying to decipher the original post though... Can we get this man some punctuation?
  22. People who purchased R32 GTRs prior to the rules changing were still able to bring them over under the 15yo rules if I remember correctly.
