  1. Selling a heap of circuit slicks, would prefer to sell as a whole lot but can split up. Consists of: 2x new yokohama 250/650R18 dry radial slicks (proper completely slick tyre surface) 2x new yokohama 230/650R18 dry radial slicks 4x used yokohama 250/650r18 dry radial slicks 2x used yokohama 230/650r18 dry radial slicks 2x new dunlop 230/640r18 wet slicks (have tread pattern) 2x new dunlop 260/655r18 wet slicks Tyres have been sitting in the shed for a bit over a year, were part of my grand plan to rule the universe but sadly am not going to be seriously into circuit racing to use them. Used tyres have over 80% of rubber left on them. To get a quote and see what width rims they fit got to www.garysmotorsporttyres.com.au. Asking $2,000 for the lot. Also have a set of R34 GTR rims available.
  2. Congratulations on getting your car finished, looks pretty damn good. Now the next step.... racing it!
  3. Aww come on, was my 3rd run ever, I missed a gearchange, I had a load of pastries in the boot, my Mum forgot to give me my hankie, Brett's tyres weren't balanced, I installed a cam one tooth out... the list goes on. No doubt Jason will race, but where do I get these drums from? Do they stock violins?
  4. I don't understand this post, are you saying that John's a great tuner and can give advise to others about engines and state of tune?
  5. Not when I did 12.09 @123mph on 259rwkw, with a powerband more peaky than that. Come on Gary, you should know about certain tricks to keep the turbo spooled between gearchanges or off launch. And didn't "your" R34 GT-T do an 11 with alot less power than that?
  6. Dyno graph attached. I can verify it is an internally stock motor, 100%. Although it's probably got every external bolt-on under the sun
  7. I'm up for EC, but can only do a morning session. Is there a half day price?
  8. Oh and have a set of Regamaster Evo rims in 18x8.5, 18x9.5. No tyres, white rims. $1500. Edit: Found a set of good front tyres, no rears. And one of the only pics I have of the rims.
  9. Have got a spare RB25 head lying around here, have zero use for it. Has been stripped of most parts, really only is the bare casting with valves + lifters still installed. No manifolds, valve covers, cams, etc. $150 - Sydney
  10. Those TC-005 rims are great, plenty of clearance for nearly any sort of brake setup. Here's a pic with some Brembo 8 pot calipers dummied up.
  11. I've got a set here, I think the main differences is in the alternator and p/s pulley. If you swap over to an R33 GTR p/steer pump and eliminate the hicas use the R33 set, if you're going to keep the R32 p/s pump use the R32 GTR. The GTR p/steer pulleys have 3 ribs as opposed to 2 rib on the peasant GTS(t) versions, so either set require a change to the RB26 harmonic balancer (or aftermarket GTR balancer with a 3 rib p/s pulley). Edit: I've got the R33 pulley set for sale, still brand new in box. Price? Take $50 off Nengun's price.
  12. Shocks are on hold, wheels + tyres are sold. Silvia requires different parts to fit, these can be modded to suit S14/ S15 but not S13.
  13. I think he wanted some fried chicken.
  14. Also selling a set of HKS Drag rear shocks for R33 GTS-t. Were rebuilt in Japan @ HKS, perfect condition. $500
  15. Pics Edit 24/2- all has been sold!
  16. Selling a set of used HKS 4 way coilovers to suit R33 (they can also be installed in R34 GTR). Also front and rear adjustable uppers arms. The fronts are new in box, the rears used. $1500 for the coil overs $400 for the front arms $250 for the rear arms
  17. Selling a rear end setup for R33 GTS-t. This is a complete bolt in deal, all the modifications have already been done. Consisting of: 1/ New ATS 2 way GTR diff center: has all new bearings and seals. Has been modified to use existing GTS-t tailshaft, and all sensors. 2/ 4.36:1 gears 3/ GTR axles 4/ GTR hubs + backing plates Can supply a cradle with the parts (either Hi-CAS or non-Hi-CAS). No brakes or rotors though. Asking $1500 for the setup, the diff by itself cost more than that ($1300 for center, $550 for the bearings, plus mods, ring/pinion and assembly) Also selling a set of new Mickey Thompson 275/60r15 tyres and custom rims to suit GTS-t. These are the largest tyres you can fit, and have been on cars as quick as 8.6. To fit these tyres you need the guards lipped the whole way around, and cannot have side skirts/fancy rear bar. $750 for the two tyres and steel rims.
  18. I've got some 18inch radial slicks that I'll post up in the for sale section - I think 12 dry/4 wets all up. Most of them are new though.
  19. Have a look at similar examples locally, if you are maxing out a Q45 then you're certainly looking at alot of power - which would be pretty much a drag or dyno car. The quick GTR camp seems to be full of Motec cars (Mario, Keir, Mark Jacobson) where the GTS-t camp is all over the place (Haltech seem to do the job too). I think alot of people shy away from the Autronic because it is a very complicated and not user-friendly - unless you latch on to someone who knows it very well it's a nasty and painful way to go. Having said that the Autronic "guru's" seem to get them working extremely well. Richard Aubert is a hard-core geek with no people skills, and Ray Hall's just an ass.
  20. Have an aftermarket 2 way diff for sale, $700
  21. I had the R33 GTS-t diff in for 2 years/5,000 k's. Still as tight as buggery. I'll go get some pics now.
  22. I don't know what's happened, but I'll put my money on the oil pump. It was tuned too conservative to point fingers.
  23. I suppose these aren't In5an3's either? hehehe Free bump anyway.
  24. HKS have always been a distributor for Garrett technology. Before the T51R components had been developed they offered the TA45 turbo. Early 90's turbo, plain bearing with off-the-shelf Garrett (truck) parts. Whoever is trying to sell that medieval implement of doom is having themselves on to call it an "R" or "SPL".
