Hey guys, Im keen to give supersprints a go, and am just trying to work out what category I fit in to. I have a 87 HR31 GTS with a RB30DET that has been completely striped out, no cage yet, and from what I’ve read in the cams manual I think it will be eligible for 3J. Is this correct? Also, so in regards to cages, am I able to have a one from bonds or whoever else is cams approved and not have to be log booked? Thanks

why get a34 smic? the volumetric cross flow rate vs intake temperature is nowhere near a fmic and the smic will act as a heatsink. you should just get a fmic. lolz i contribute nothing.
