I'll have pics up soon of a twin scroll manifold with twin 38 mm gates plumbed into a 4 inch exhaust.. Running a BWs300sx 83/75 on a 26 Its will look awesome but is a real head ache to make happen

Righto, has been a while since i posted this thread car is now at the exhaust shop and is close to being finnished, Hack from performance exhnaust in Northmead is doing the work and from what i can see so far he has done a great job Ive got some pics of the dump and cat, with wastegate pics to follow soon

With suppliments i generally try and take a bit more then what is recommended.. id rather overdue it a little bit then under do it and be wasting my time and money.. thats what i reckon anyway

thats probably why Paul recommended a stroker if u wanna go the dash -5s but yes -9s will do 350rwkw with the correct supporting mods

havent used monohydrate yet mate, ive tried using Krealkaline, it basically has a higher ph level (more alkaline) and stops your stomach from breaking most of it down before ur body can actually use it (thats what the suppliment companys say anyway) ive stopped using it for a while so ill be giving it another crack and see if i can notice a difference in my training.. never really got into monohydrate stuff as alot of what you take doesnt actually get into your system, thats why u need to load on it and take so much of it. People do say theyve had good results with it though. You will more then likely put a kilo or 2 on in the first few weeks due to water retention

whats your definition of "full use" how exactly do u define "full use" on the street? -5s are the biggest you would go on a 2.6L engine, anything bigger is gonna be rubbish if your worried about response but still want decent power, get some GT-SS's or -9s

yea i couldnt get two of the same shots.. next time i take one itll be the same as the second photo.. goin to try cut another 4kgs and see how im looking from there, just really wanna get some good ab definition back and get rid of the love handles

alright as promised first photo of me in the pool is 96kg second is at 92kg As you can see, definatly more definition in the arms and in the guts sorry about the first photo, it was the only one i could find from the holidays where i had my shirt off and could see my fat gut lol
