Unfortunately, he is for real Steve. I've reversed a few mods myself, as I'm not a fan of not having my Stagea. I've been pulled over a few times now in it and I've been lucky. Whilst the mods are only minimal (pod filter, boost gauge), it did come to the attention of Neil. He let me off and gave me a chance to reverse some of those mods, which I have done. Take the hint guys. The cops are all over Hanson Road, pulling over any car ... not singling out imports. Any car. Drive a blatantly defectable/unsafe car, or hoon around, expect to be noticed. Sporting stadiums (such as Hindmarsh) around Adelaide attract international events and therefore big $. AIR does not and never did, simple economics when it comes to where the govt will spend its money. See you do a better job. AIR is privately owned, so why don't you write a letter to the owner seeing as you're good on the keyboard. I've been down this road before and I know where it ends.

Thats one reason why I've removed the mod stuff from my Stagea. Even the exhaust which has a big muffler and tip is very quiet for its size. I took it to the exhaust shop 3 times until I was happy with its noise level. Still got the cat in it too, and fitted a larger resonator, even has a new O2 sensor to ensure its running clean. My car looks great with the body kit and thats about all I need right now. I have my bikes and track days if I wanna go fast. Getting the silver S1 Stagea registered soon now I've replaced the waterpump, O2 sensor and timing belt. Engine and gearbox has been serviced. I'll be driving that around next month when the black S2 Stagea's rego runs out. The silver stagea is as stock as they come. I can't sell it, so I might as well drive it.

There is a Devine display centre at Reynella. There is always someone there to speak to and you can see the houses and land available and put together a package there and then. When I built my place, I opted to go for a stricter lender (I had the leverage) to get a better deal in the long run. They'll present you with lender options, the easier lender will not necessarily be cheaper, so try going to a stricter lender.

Just be aware its not just one application for everything. There are many individual applications for house, land, grant, credit check etc etc, so give yourself a buffer to finalise the deal in time. Prepare to sign your life away ... many times

AIR is not owned by the Government. Not their problem. This topic has been covered ... time and time again. The onus is not on the Government to find you a place to "hoon". We have Mallala for that anyway. Its not that far to travel. Most people boast about affording $1000+ on mods, but can't afford a $120 track day. Far cheaper than a speeding ticket in any case. I have a double mortgage, and I can still afford to travel all the way to Mallala for track days.

When it comes to builders, any builder for that matter, there are horror stories so you pretty much take your chances. I built with Devine Pioneer and had no problems at all with them. Their package is a perfect start for first home owners. Go for it! Enuf said. Keep in mind you've got less than 5 months to get the ball rolling. Allow time for your application to be processed with Devine, allow time for the credit history check etc, and the application for the grant is separate from the house/land package application, so that will take time also. Give yourself 4 weeks to ensure you can get your applications in before the kill off date. There is alot of paperwork involved, but nothing beats the feeling of home ownership. I hated losing my house which Devine built and then I lost some 6 years later due to divorce. I built it for $142K and sold it for $345K. It was well built, and I carried on with so many renovations and landscaping. But we've got two houses now; one which we rent to my mother, and one we live in and I'm currently extending. Our total house and land assets are worth big numbers now, and we're looking at another investment property later when we can refinance again.

Hi flo is the way to go atm. Too much police attention otherwise. Had a funny time last night with a handful of cops. At a breatho, and the cop had to ask about my bike, then more cops come over and for 5 minutes I'm talking to 4 cops about how fast my bike is I did ask "is this you as a cop asking or you personally asking?". Cop was right into bikes and would have talked all night. Had I been in the Stagea however .......

I got banned from gsxr.com for a year because I had a 100x100 pic of Jessica Alba in my avatar She was barely showing skin and it got removed, so I put it back up. I got a warning from a mod and it got removed again, so I put it back up. Its not porn you clowns. Saw one of the mods on a ride in the hills one day and had an argument with him, so he banned me. Ohlins are not height adjustable. To get some height you need to wind up the preload, which can make things bone jarring. I ditched my Ohlins and got ISC.

Spotted a black s2 Stagea with gold rims last night on Anzac Hwy, rolling with some other (non Nissan) cars, including a wanker in a rotary. 4 door 808 type rotary had "Madaz" sticker on the back. Anyone know this fool? Got a few words for him about his driving

The cops just kept driving Theres our tax dollar at work there I've learnt that if you need the cops quick, just ride a motorcycle or import car around the block. They'll be there quicker that way
