I get the cops look at me all the time in traffic. They don't care for me much. Drive sensible and don't be a dick and you'll be fine. I've been pulled over a handful of times, quick chat and I'm on my way without any grief. Tho I admit, I must have gotten one cop on a bad night years ago on my bike. Did nothing wrong and was polite and all, but he reamed me good and proper. Fined me over $300 for various items, and defected me for "indicators" only even tho I was running a full race exhaust system, and had many other mods. He had no idea what to do me for. Even fined me for riding with race slicks ... which they were not. They were street legal Michelins. I'd had enough and in the end and told this guy "you've got no f**king idea what you're doing do you?". Lodged a complaint with SAPOL, got my fines sorted. Still had to go thru Regency, which was fair as I did have some 'race use only' mods at the time. But like I said, that was one cop. Most of them are perfectly normal.

I've just checked the bank statement and no fresh payments have come in. No point transferring the money now as it won't clear by tomorrow morning obviously. Typically, we'd like to group the AWD and RWD cars together. Last I heard AWD were up first? So if no list is together, who has AWD who'd like to go up first? Bloody scum theives! Oh well, lesson learnt ... immobilisers (if not an alarm) are vital. I also keep a clublock on the car, just to make things even harder. And if they try to steal my ride, they better be an Olympic sprinter. The last two times people tried stealing my car/bike they lost.

I should know for sure by Thursday. If not, I may put the Stag on the rollers ... I seem to have fixed that misfire problem. Payments outstanding must be received in the bank by friday (submit by Wednesday at the latest) or they won't be evident and you could lose your spot. I might be busy myself tomorrow. If you're going ot run a cruise, have a meeting point worked out and destination, and time to meet, then time to head off for the cruise. Best to name a time and 'rough' area for the meet (ie "north-east" or "city") and have peeps PM you for details.
