  1. I'll bring a hardcopy and pen with me. I'll also be arriving 7-7.30pm.
  2. Know how much they weigh? How would the +30 go on a C34 stagea? Oh, and can you get a close up pic of the rims ... so I can try photochopping onto my stag
  3. Rear series 2 Stagea rotors will also fit. They're 16mm thick, not 18mm like the 33 gtst, but they're still vented and they'll fit.
  4. Got a few boxes during the week. I'll be doing a bit to the Stagea on the weekend
  5. It adds 10+kw. Tough as
  6. Aww +1 I had nothing doing last weekend ... except changing a waterpump and belts on an RB. But would have worked that around the drags When is the next one?
  7. Thanks for that piece of advice Kahli. Hope that puts some minds at rest.
  8. I can't see how the 2 can be related. Did you do any other work at the same time? Would your brake pads just happen to be out of material coincidentally? Is sound coming from under bonnet or elsewhere?
  9. Any shaft play? Was it ever serviced? What oil did you run in your engine/turbo? Thanks
  10. You know how I know you're gay? David: You're gay for saying that. Cal: I'm gay for saying that? David: You know how I know you're gay? Cal: How? How do you know I'm gay? David: Because you macramed yourself a pair of jean shorts. Cal: You know how I know *you're* gay? You just told me you're not sleeping with women any more. David: You know how I know you're gay? Cal: How? Cause you're gay? And you can tell who other gay people are? David: You know how I know you're gay? Cal: How? David: You like Coldplay.
  11. Stagea is in the shop getting GPS tracking fitted to compliment the alarm/kill switch/club lock. f**k thieves! Goes for a dyno tune next week. Aiming for 220-230 awkw from the stock injectors Then next is Z32 afm and 550cc injectors.
  12. What? Something long with cream in it?
  13. I have an original grille in good condition. Buy or swap?
  14. Speaking of alarms ... Ministry of Bass have a good selection of car alarms that they sell and install. Just upgraded my car security with them. They're more than happy to layby your goods. So if you want to get a bunch of audio gear and car alarm, you can pay it off and once you've paid enough for the alarm price, they'll happily fit the alarm while the rest of your audio install continues on layby. Had a good chat with them on the weekend. A few horror stories about guys spending $4K on audio gear, and $0 for an alarm. And guess what? The car gets stolen. Alarms are cheap, protect yourself.
  15. I was running plain street tyres. Some okay-ish Bridgestone items. Was also suffering misfire above 4,500rpm, so I had to shift gears early. But yeah it helps to know the track well See how I go next time out.
  16. I'll be there.
  17. Yeah ... but my family Volvo (Stagea) had lapped Lala in 1m32s some months ago. New brake upgrade and 40+ more awkw and I'd like to see what the Stagea can do now
  18. R32 GTR!
  19. Give Simon at MOB a call or check out their website for suitable audio gear. MOB have done most of the work to my stag and they're awesome. I have kevlar splits and amp package for front and rear and sound quality is tops. 10% discount for club members too.
  20. Please stop breaking RB motors
  21. I would say check out your tie rod ends. If you've not replaced them recently, I can guarantee it would be them. Would explain the bit of play you say you have in the steering rack.
  22. You are seriously farking lucky! I'm sure there is some abuse there, but at least she's not toasted or bent. Get her fixed, get insurance, and get an alarm.
  23. Timing light for the weekend. Seeing as the auto shops can't sell me one PM me if you have a timing light I can borrow.
