  1. Ive got beemer wheels on my VT commo wagon daily as its a little left feild But yeah not much of another stock car that is 5x114.3 that has the wid/offset to look good on a 35 besides maybe R35 wheels
  2. buy a ryco/wefield one ... change every oil change like you ment to and will be better than a k&N Our cars are NA and not like the filter is going to be a massive restiction
  3. bought the decent kit from autobarn... looked immac for about 3 months then the UV sealant started to look patchy like it was flaking off and the yellow started to return... think next time I do it im just going to use a polishing pad drill bit and buff the f**k out of them as a plastic s13 grill that was yellow turned out amazing with the buff pad
  4. when I did a skidpan in mine the slip light seemed to only come on when I used the brakes to help swing the back around Was a lot mor obvious in the afternnon when it rained and whenever you used the brakes it would thing you are locking up so the ABS/anti slip chucked a spaz... gave up after that

  6. A little more camber from a slight drop isnt worth spending 1K on adjustable arms. You can still get the alinement in spec without them roughly. As long as your toe isnt all over the shop you wont be chewing tough tyres in weeks (unlike that time I chewed through a set in 2 weeks on my s14 because I had liek 20 mm toe out ) yes you might not get 50,000 km out of a set of tyres but even my car with all stock arms and lower easy 2+ inches (just tucking tyre with streched 19's ) and stock arms with 3+ deg camber coulds get toe to a aceptable amount has done 10 000KM on 2nd hand tyres without chewing them out so a new set + getting them flipped once start to get some camber wear shgould still last a decent time

SSR rims designed by veilside Need to be reasonably low other wise these kind of sizes would poke bad Dont ruin a car like these with cheap shit rota's when something decent isnt a lot more whole car for reference, 19x9-11 215/35/19 and 19x10.5-3 245/35/19 Coils maxed out low Rears guards rolled, fronts untouched
  9. Well even when it was off at a motokahna it didnt like me coming in sideways to a cone and tapping the brake (as I normally do with my 14 to swing the back around quicker) the anti slip kicked in and tried to straighten oput the car with the wierd braking only one caliper thing

  11. shift it up While we are on the subject, does everyone else have crap reception? Only station I can consistently pick up is WSFM. Triple J has horrible reception and is mostly some/mainly static. Sometimes on that (equivalent of 105.7) It get over ridden by what sounds like the TV braodcast. As if the unit is getting confused and starts putting the audio from ABC or something (like the news ect) when going through certain spots Anyone else experiencing similar/ solution Is it possible to get some kind of booster ect that may help or waste of money seeing as these cars dont have a proper aerial?

Yeah but even when you turn it off it still keeps the braking/antislip on so if you are used to a car stepping out and tap the brakes the anti slip kicks, or even go round a wet corner under slight brakes it kicks in only braking one caliper... weirdest/worst feeling if you try to correct it like a normal RWD car, almost conterproductive

  14. Those speed humps massacre the cross member, rails and subframe. This car hangs lower than a s/r chassis even though its not even tucking tread on 19s Was worse going out lol
  15. Cheers for all the pic/vid love of the v35. Surprised at how well it went when I had a bit of room to throw it around. Was useless in the tight slalom though. But cant expect much for a sstocker on street coilovers and heavy wide 19s with china tyres Probably was still more suited to this kind of thing compared to my 14 being na and haveing somw form of tourqe Day was actually quite well run and had a better atmosphere than most eastern creek days, reminded me of the old oran park days
  16. I just went rev up box and z tube and removed resonater at bottom of box and it gained a little induction noist but not stupid ammont plus bay is factory as thst is the first thing a cop will check for
  17. Yeah looked nice, dont know if you are out this way as havent seen it since was trying to figure out the wheels, but so hard when rolling But a lot more 35's seem to be poping up, but only other modded one ive seen is a white coupe
  18. Im saying with another bumper for another car the shipping/commission/ everything but the price of rhe bar itself was about 250-300 And pricing up a 4peice kit that was worth about 700 purchase price in japan worked out to be 1300-1500 to my door Including the purchase price
  19. Why not just order genuine from japan ? Cost me just under $300 shipping for a bumper from japan. That was when the exchange rate was in the 70's too
