  10. I agree, I feel the setup would define how the inlet and exhaust needs to be balanced. It looks to me like the guys with bigger exhaust housings used a larger exhaust cam ie T88 and trust 10cm. Where as the guys with turbos that spool well had larger inlet cams....possibly extending high end power.....I would expect all at the aim of max average power as all the cars in my example are track built.   14. Can you elaborate on this status? Was this tested on the track with G forces involved or on the dyno? My car has no issues at all on the dyno with blow by. On the track is a totally different story. I will be pulling my motor out soon as I have waaay too much oil in the head. I have a 1.5mm restrictor and a Reimax pump that is currently regulated to 120psi @ anything above 3000rpm. My play is to drop the pressure to around 75-85psi max. I was also going to put a head drain in, but I figure reducing the flow by 30-40% should make a profound impact on the amount of blow by. For the record all oil returns should be on the passenger side due to crank induced vacuum. Just as factory have designed it.....having said that a 2J is the other way around.....

  21. No that's not correct. If the STD lines are blocked it will run low boost. The solenoid opens to add a small bleed/vac to the wastegate pressure line. Closing the lines just stops the extra 2psi. You will find the valve state is normally closed. When installing an aftermarket controller new lines and routing is required to control boost over the entire range, rather than just 2psi
  22. The solenoid only controls high and low 7-9psi. Taking it out should sit it on high
