it is an issue Ihave heard of a number of people in vic who ahve been causght and have had to take their mods out to get the car to comply if you have an epa test in victoria nd they see an aftermarket ecu even if the car passes the test the car is failed cause to is not approved. that is why I'm an advocate of the power fc and remapping ecus. becarful guys when you do your mods this could happen to you meggala

btw teh gtr pistons are only $700 new or so and they can hold ove 250 rwkw we all know that the only issue with them is that theyare desigend for oil squirter. cheers

joel my thoughs on this are simple use stock gtr pistons stock rods and crak they should be fine if tested etc teh pistons are aroudn 8.5 to1 compressiondont go high compressioon its not worth it you will have the capcity to spool a large turbo and 250-280 rwkw should be doable and you wont be running that kind of power level all day any way with thehigh compression you might run in to fuel issues if you go country. also try and source a head off an rb25 de from an r32 the loom and ecu go in quite easily and it uses top feed injectors jsut liek the one on my site btw the guy is in adeaide so it might pay to contact him. good luck I would be thinkingabout an rb25 gearbox though the torque will be a bit to much for and rb 20 bx M

Is it for your self or some one else. they generally come with out panels but quite often have brakes and stuff. not sure of the qld people who sell them toy shop I have heard of. cheers

I think its the nismo thrmostat and it does drop the temp . with my car the neddle doesnt mover the temp seem tobe fine with my cooler

you could be running out of fuel at that boost level put it on a dyno and you will see by checking a/f ratios. till then keep boost to 14 psi Pinging is not some thing to be taken lightly. all pinging causes some engine damage I found out the hard way. meggala

not ifo is avaliable on the vq30 turbo the vg 30 turbo is ok though but for an r33 no real upgrade
