you cana also get a t3 mark the hiflowed stock turbo's from gcg in sydney should do the job you want they come in either ballbearing or non ballbearing the latter being cheaper and are rated at 450 @ the flywheel. you have the set up to cope with this I would go for either the stage one or stage 2 it bolts straight up with no fiddling which can cause issues with some of the other off the shelf new turbo's and it still retains the internal waste gate. a hiflow t3/4 is also an option and can be gotten band new. you would want some thing with a 55 mm compressor wheel andsimilar sized exhaust wheel you could go up to 60mm as well but it would be a bit laggier.
