Just wondering if anyone can explain how the adjustable diffs work in regards to the ones you can change preload on them to alter the amount of lock you get in them. Is it by a adjusting bolt?

Yeah dont worry about it RE dyno is low reading compared to others so its nothing to worry about.

+1 its worse Driving everyday stop start traffic i get like 250-300 tank if I drive normal condtions giving it to it bout half the time get like 450 atleast

From the reading I have done from people and there results and how theve built it I would say the idea you got going at the moment is right for the 300kw mark and personally I would upgrade the pistons and the headbolts just for peice of mind. To run 300 you would probably be running 19-20 psi with the 3076 so in regards to head gasket I would probably go for something aftermarket as most I have read are running about 18psi with standard one. I am no expert in the department as have not built my own motor but thats just what ive gathered in my research.

For touch up it goes by hour so it depends how long it takes to do the touch up.

As above said all you do is paint the spoiler, put the rubber liners underneath it and bolt it up takes couple of min to bolt up I dont know what the panel beater is on about maybe he thinks its a custom wing but these are made to be direct bolt up so there no problem you just need it sprayed fitting is couple of mins.

What so it didn even come with holes underneath it? Thats pretty dodgy. you dont really need bracket you can just use the rubber liners on the bottom of the stock one besides that tap in some holes for the bolts.

Yeah it does after a certain knock reading level the light flicks on during the knock

You can check the max revs it hit during a session but once you turn off the car the vaules are reset so yeah if you didnt check when it happened then that vaule is gone now.

What muffler are you talking about? If you mean on your exhuast system well that comes down to you how loud you want it.
