hey guys thought i'd post this up basically i have a 32 running an rb25 turbo with rb20 actuator (not sure which series r33 it is tho) also has fmic and 3 maybe 3.5 inch cat back with a gutted cat (i didnt gut it so not confirmed that it does) the actuator is running off a pressure source on the hot pipe about 20cm from the turbo outlet it also has a digital boost guage built into the turbo timer and an alarm is set for 0.9 bar problem i am having is that it doesn't come onto boost very hard and there is a very noticable flat spot between 4000rpm and 5500rpm once it passes this rpm point it pulls fantastically untill i hear the beep from the boost guage and a split second later it hits what i would say is boost cut as it looses all power and makes crazy noises my questions are, what could be causing it? how can i fix it? and what could be causing it to do this? mechanically i'm pretty good and i've now got another car to drive so i can take things apart to insect if need me help me guys as its really anonying! its a long shot but they are 18x8.5 xhp dirty dogs yes they are chrome but some of the nicer chrome wheels i've seen on a skyline let me know what you think

x2 if they are anything like the r32 projectors they are about as good as a $5 supercheap led torch but they do look awesome

how many k's on the injectors? and how much you looking for them? also, how much to have an exorcist remove the curse? lol

can be the switch or the wiring near the plugs they all do it just flick them on and off till they both come on is a temp fix

i have 3.5 inch from the gutted cat back with just the rear cannon sounds soooooo nice but i dont drive it every day but its way too loud if i did up to you if its a daily, not a good idea as it will drive you insane weekend car go for it

check your intake and exhaust manifolds and make sure they are tight had similar problems with my 32 and it was just a combo of a lot of things also the cold start valves (on the inlet mani under the throttle body) like playing up too trace back the val line and block it, then disconnect the plug going to it also check your tps too, should be .5 ish volts with the t/b closed

i'll swap them over after i get back from qld moving my tools down to tas so will have some more tools to play with and a proper jack i'll let you know how i go

hmmm i'll shine a light on the dash and see if i can see an abs light is there any way to run a diagnostic without a consult thingo? what do gtrs have?

is the abs light just the normal brake light/handbrake light? if so yes for both handbrake and low fluid if there is a separate one for abs then no it does not come on

would be nice to try and solve this with more than just one method just saying
