  1. my apexi just bolts up to the afm plain and simple
  2. yeah but for that sort of price you could get a nice r32 or pretty basic r33 which will handle a lot better and be more reliable and safe
  3. s13 coilovers fit in the front if you use s13 hubs and some other bits (google this) rear ones go in but need new holes drilling for the tops of them they must be height adjustable ones tho otherwise it will be sitting on the ground the lsd rebuild kit for a BA ford falcon is the same as an r31 borg warner lsd diff giving you a tight lsd for ~$200 they are good cars and go alright could look at getting a cam too or even just getting a spare head from the wreckers and giving DIY port polishing a go
  4. just re-set the ecu disconnect either battery terminal, stamp on the brakes and turn the lights on and off then leave for 10 mins to an hour reconnect and let idle till warm and go for a drive
  5. are the battery teminals in good condition and tight?

  7. hmmm little journey to brunie is sounding more and more attractive i might as well post up everything i need doing swap over abs unit (just unbolting lines and wiring and put the new one in and bolt it back up) bleed brakes wind up coilovers whilst wheels are off new rack boots alignment oil change and filter change (have both filter and oil already) but i want to learn and help (with everything but the alignment, but would like to see what happens) i would rather pay in beer but cash is also another currency i deal in can supply all fluids needed too
  8. ok thanks for that mate will deff keep it in mind and it might be nice to go for a drive just to add i need steering rack boots replacing too (dont mind paying for these to be done)
  9. hey guys just need to do a few things to my 32 but would be heaps easier if i could get a workshop to use after hours will only need to borrow it for couple of hours and possibly borrow someone to help me with bleeding brakes and a few other things can supply beer as payment or some cash but just trying to keep costs down as i dont want to pay someone to do something i can do (with the exception of bleeding brakes) Let me know if you would be willing to help me out Thanks Tom
  10. how much the hoses set you back? what about fan and accessories belts and timing belt? may never have been changed (~20 years is a long time for a belt)
  11. na brakes will def have to wait was a nice thought but not this time round will have a think about the splits let me know if anything happens with them just gotta get rego sorted and a few things fixed
  12. comp goes to factory defaults then uses the o2 info to tune fuel trims o2 sensors are prob fine and just plugged up from soot just pull it out and have a look if its nice and clean its not the problem if its full of crap then its overfueling clean it out with carby cleaner and replace and see what happens
  13. could be chocked up o2 sensor not seeing any airflow cos its coated in soot or just has never been changed my 2 cents
