    Shell Petrol

There's a slight difference in how they refine their fuels. You'll also notice, shells fuel is actually red and BP is actually blue/green. I might be speaking through my ARSE with the colours, but that's what I noticed on my fuel cap after a period of time... There was some test done somewhere regarding the rating and additives they use, shell came up top.

"spotted an R34 GTT with the nismo option front bar and a GTR lip, LMGT4s in the city also was walking behind a dude in an SAU jumper." Was that the silver one with the black carbon boot and really ricey side decals and wannabe Audi headlights??

  6. From the REXNET forums. YAY, as long as I already ownage the vehicle. ----------------- Miss CatNov 26 2007, 09:39 AM QUOTE(mailerdaemon @ Nov 26 2007, 01:58 AM) I just moved from NSW to VIC. No RWC needed. Just took my NSW plates and NSW rego papers into Vicroads who then gave me new VIC plates, new rego papers and a license plate transfer document on the spot. Upon doing this, your NSW rego is cancelled automatically (you get a letter from the RTA a few weeks later confirming this). I then applied to get a partial refund of it. Quick and easy. thats only because you werent changing the vehicle into a different name, that you didnt need a RWC.
  7. Hello Has anyone here done an interstate rego transfer? Does it mean I still need to get an RWC? The vic road site just says I need my VIN, engine, drivers licence and plates but no mention of any road worthyness. Then just bring those stuff to the nearest customer center. I'm definately gonna be hassled if I need to get a RWC so I need to start planning. thanks guys
  8. Maybe maybe, depends on the weather
  9. Woops, yes rear seats.... just pull them upwards, dont worry you wont break anything. just face forward with arse floating on top of seat, put hands under the seat and yank upwards. If you're a big bloke, find someone smaller.
  10. yea they're all held together by push in clips, once you remove the obvious top bolt off the seatbelt, just yank the back trim off. Might help to remove the rear bottom seat too as it wedges the trim in.
  11. Thanks guys this is awesome. I'm moving from Syd to Melb this weekend, and feel like some lost migrant, this will help me great in trying to settle down and finding a trusted person to touch my car. I'll be in the Preston area for a few months, so if anyone friendly is near by there for a chat about local shops and skylines, I'll be free
  12. w00t, all done I disconnected the bracket that holds the joint from the hardline/braided lines, then just moved the caliper together as a whole piece. All swapped out now
  13. Hi guys Do i need to bleed the calipers and undo the brakelines and take the caliper off to take the rotors off? I noticed it's a hard line, so I'm worried if I leave it connected to the caliper to swap out the rotor that i'll bend/break something. Thanks!
  14. Has anyone disabled the speed alarm off their car? How do I do it? The annoying bells start ringing around 104 km/h.... as you can imagine, this would be highly annoying driving interstate for 11 hours....
  15. Hi all So this happens sometimes..... flicking into 4th gear too quickly, would make the gearbox go *crunnnnnch*. The same sort of crunch that happens when the clutch isn't pressed. It happens less on 2nd gear, 1st and 3rd pretty much have no problem. I'm very sure that I've put the clutch pedal all the way down to the floor, and this happens sometimes, noticeably when in "Race mode". Is there something I'm/my mechanic is meant to adjust in the clutch/gearbox so that the plates disengage properly?? Anyone had/has the same problem? Cheers
  16. "Disabling" the 4wd that way will burn the transfer plates.... don't do it unless you have to.... (and from the above, you don't have to)
  17. The amount of money spent on crap, could have bought him a half decent bodykit... He/she must really hate the lancer??
  18. Hi If anyone has a damaged projector headlight off a R32 GTR, I need the spring clip that retains the bulb... Thank you
  19. pics would help make sure you get macro shots of the grooves, mounts and springs thanks.
