  1. Ok guys, it would appear that throughout the course of the F1 racing year, you have all managed at some time to commit character assasinations of most of the F1 Teams, F1 management, Cars, Drivers, Designers and just about anything or anyone associated with the Grand old *sport* of F1. As an avid reader of this topic and believe me it is better than reading a Phantom (Ghost Who Walks, Man who Cannot Die) comic, there have been so many twists and turns that I think they should make a movie out of the sport of F1. What's that? They already have I heard someone say!!! Damn there goes another great idea! Anyway guys, it has been a fantastic read (mobs of laughs) and can we now start the 2007 thread as I'm sure there will be plenty of script available during the off season/pre-season. Top Secret Post Script hot off the rumour mill. BE has agreed to sell the Brabham F1 naming rights to Craig Pollock! Ok, ok I just made that up but it makes nice reading. Cheers Muz
  2. Don't tell me I have yez all stumped!!!!
  3. Gotta admit I was only guessing on the rubber content. Apologies all round if I have misled anyone. cheers Muz
  4. Mate I have LMGT4's on my GTT. (F 17 x8.5 x 35, R 17 x 9.5 x 38) They do not have any Nismo stamp on them other than the face decal. They should have a Rays sticker on the inside telling you size and offset. It is the spoke pattern that makes them Nismo LMGT4's nothing else. They should be able to be lifted with the little finger (wheel only) as they are forged monobloc construction hence the lightness. Rays make them for Nismo. From my Nismo catalogue they should weigh about 7.7 kg bare so 11 with rubber is about right. Also details on size and offset can be had from the Nismo site. Scroll down until you get to section 4. It is in Japanese but sizes are in English. Fairly easy to interpret. http://www.nismo.co.jp/products/productgui.../partslist.html http://www.nismo.co.jp/products/productgui.../partslist.html http://www.nismo.co.jp/products/productgui.../partslist.html But to give you some idea, the R34 GTR requires an offset of 12 if the wheel is a 17 x 9.5. The wheels you have would suit an R33 GTST and maybe some others. Cheers and hope that helps Muz
  5. Hi All, If anyone has an English version of the TEIN EDFC manual, I would like to purchase a copy. Also does anyone know what the EDFC error codes are. Any and all help appreciated. Cheers Muz
  6. Hmmmmmmmm....very interesting isn't it! I would hate to think what might have happened if someone had t-boned JR's commode and more tragedy occurred! A very strange decision given that they yellow flagged the race when JR's car had gone straight ahead at the Chase and was not in the slightest bit of danger! Hmmmmm......conspiracy theories abound!
  7. I pose this question to you all. As the Clerk of the course elected to continue the race under a green flag when Jason Richards stuck it into the wall at Mcphillamy when a previous full course yellow was used for another crash incident at exactly the same place, had Kelly been able to jump Lowndes and take the win, would we have seen all sorts of legal challenges because a precedent had already been set? Lowndes was leading by a substantial margin at that time and was reined in under the yellows. There ya go troopers, debate that one! I know that if it had been me I would be looking for someones head.

  9. Go straight to your local Kart Club for all your info! As for the height ....... well it all depends on how supple you are. I'm 180 and had little trouble. Arrow make an extended front bar etc which shifts the pedals further away. If you go that route, you will need to buy the longer floor pan as well. cheers Muz
  10. Was just about to throw a recommendation your way Stan. cheers Muz
  11. Flavio said so!
  12. It's Official (well almost) RBR to have Renault power next year!
  13. Just had another look at the pics. I see spectator safety doesn't feature high on the agenda over there. Talk about getting the crowd close to the action! Love it! Muz
  14. Nice ride but I'm thinking you are going to have a lot of work to do to register that in most states. Cheers Muz
  15. Hi, I'm interested in a set for the R34 GTT. But I can't seem to get the zip files open. Can you advise what is available plus price etc. Thanks Muz
  16. Nope, you will need to re-do pins. cheers Muz
  17. I'm with you mate. How dare they resurrect the company that gave us the Datto 1600 - Silvia - GTR etc. Gees what is the world coming too?
  18. G'day all, This maybe old news but just picked a copy of Auto Action and there is an ad for a big import auction happening in Melbourne. Anyone going along and want to give some feedback? Cheers Muz
