  1. Tell me when you register it if you use the VR. Mark.
  2. Tell the missus you need to work back late to catch up on work, and then go to the gym.
  3. After doing my back I stopped all training and became a fat weak bastard, I'm getting back into it slowly using GVT 3 days and pt 5 days, I've lost 8 kg since Xmas so I'm down to just under 80 kg now. Power lifting is out though as my back won't take the load anymore. I'm popping multi vitamins, taking in some extra protein, cutting out bread and other shit carbs and drinking a heap of water. So far so good, I'm not feeling to shabby for a 46 yr old.
  4. Cannot put RB30 into vr and keep it legal. A lot of thought gone into it not...
  5. Power to weight.
  6. It's a different 35 uncle Duncan, its been doing the rounds in J from what I've been told.
  7. Still blowing oil, I'm going to focus on getting it going right, it may be the catch can design,no one wants oil on the track.
  8. I'm out, went to Wakefield today and my car is being the devil again/still.
  9. Wouldn't having a few more entrants cover the timing, and the timing bring in a few more entrants. All track days I do now are with SSCC or NSCC and they are timed events, I've never found them over packed and they always have a heap of entrants. If SAU just want untimed passenger days they need to be advertised early and have other things to bring in people like a show n shine, sponsor talks, tech info and such, crack out the instant coffee in the morning and sell cups for $2.00. This probably isn't the thread for this but I like the SAU days and I want to attend but I need something to get me there. Yes I'm a needy little bastard.
  10. Looks like a good day for it.
  11. Chicks dig short guys Joey.
  12. The best is when I'm doing over a ton down the straights. And I also like the 1/4 mile. And I nearly forgot to mention I changed my oil for the track day, 1000 Ks old, 3 months use, yeah I'm a arsehole.
  13. Go back and read the 40 odd pages of this thread and make your desicion.
  14. And it was a boat too, just like the 33. Which is slightly lighter with no carpet and "most" of the deadener removed (note: it take more than 5kg of dry ice pellets to do a 33, 10kg would have been good)
  15. http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Exxon_Valdez_oil_spill This is what I'm talking about Willis.
  16. Be sure to log into the shipping website and follow your shipment, when my second set of tyres left the warehouse I posted a letter to a mate in Brisbane, my tyres got to me before his letter arrived.
  17. Side wall construction, series, some manufactures sizing is differently measured.

  19. You engineer doesn't know the legislation. Here is the real info: http://www.legislation.nsw.gov.au/viewtop/inforce/subordleg+40+2008+cd+0+N/?autoquery=(Content%3D((%22regulation%202008%22)))%20AND%20((Type%3D%22act%22%20AND%20Repealed%3D%22N%22)%20OR%20(Type%3D%22subordleg%22%20AND%20Repealed%3D%22N%22))&dq=Document%20Types%3D%22Acts,%20Regs%22,%20Exact%20Phrase%3D%22regulation%202008%22,%20Search%20In%3D%22Text%22&fullquery=(((%22regulation%202008%22)))
  20. Stupid stars have not aligned, sort of, I'm out for Saturday guys, but I may pass you as your coming back to Sydney as I'm heading down on Saturday arvo for a Sunday session with NSCC. Any one doubling up, pm me on Saturday arvo for a beverage and chicken snitty at the rissole. Mark
  21. Got my entry form this morning, will be paying and stuff this arvo. I hope the boat doesn't go all Exxon Valdez on me again. Happy days.
  22. Tread pattern and compound both effect wet performance, a hard tyre will not "blend into the surface" (for want of a better phrase).
  23. http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tire-brand.jsp Do your own research, to many opinions on tyre sizes, just go by the manufactures recommendations.
