damn thats real cheap for pump and belt! I got mine done up in brissie at ABS at sumner park. It's only a regular workshop..nothing flash but they did a good job.

hey man thats not good to hear. but at least you found out sooner rather than later. When i got my pump and timing belt replaced i opted to pay someone else as I didn't feel comfortable attempting it myself. I think it ended up costing around the $400 mark but saved me a lot of hassle. Each to there own though. let us know how it goes or if you need a hand with something

i run 6/4 bc br coilovers and couldn't recommend them enough. i purchased them from justjap and i think it was advertised as having 8kg f 6kg r but I requested 6/4 and i'm glad i did! the only bumps i really notice are speed bumps but apart from that its quite smooth. If your in brissie I'll take you for a spin

stock intercooler: sold!!

on an r32 I'm not too sure as I have an r33. i know on mine its at the right side of the engine bay next to the strut tower. It should have fluid very similar to transmission fluid in it ( pinkish/red sort of colour)

hey man i've got a r33 series 1 auto ecu for sale. I'm 99% sure that the auto ecu will work with the manual no problems as the auto has a separate ecu for the shift changes. does your car have a separate ignition module? (little black thing that sits at the back of the cam cover).

went to kingston park raceway yesterday and i swear it was like an import meet in the carpark lol spotted 2 evo 10's, a white r34 gtr, a white r34 gt-t with sunroof and a white r33 with some sort of kit on it. mine was the black 33

yea I'd say thats the power steering fluid thats leaking. I had the same problem recently and replaced both the hoses that go from the pump to the reservoir. when buying replacement hoses try to take the old hoses in with you so they can get the closest match possible. very important not to let the pump run completely dry otherwise you could be up for a new pump.

your best bet would be to get one fabricated by an exhaust shop. Should cost around the $100 mark. I purchased one off ebay a while back but the two pipes that connect to the top of it didn't even line up. And I've never seen any stainless steel pipes specifically made for r33's at any shop.

I ended up gettng a pre-made leather cover off ebay for $35 then got my mum to stitch it on the steering wheel. came out really nice and actually feels like its a part of the wheel.

I used to have an auto r33 and had this exact same problem!! I ended up getting new shift solenoids and got the transmission rebuilt and still it wouldn't shift properly. I'm glad I've got a manual now!
