who says i'm going back anytime soon lol

hahah chris, why not. An your right dave, that type of money would make my r33 faster than anything... But it wouldn't be the same, and it definately wouldn't be very street friendly, trust me i already thought of that, and i thought of R34 gtr aswell, but nothing really sounds like this, nor is it this easy to drive fast, although r35 gtr is faster and easier to drive, but its alittle over double the price, no hassel with the cops, insurance, (parts may be alittle pricey and harder to get). Look at the youtube link and if you have subs on your pc you can hear it rumble, then you get the turbo's and bovs doing there thing.... still my crappy phone microphone cannot capture the sound of it.

Spotted a silver R33 series 2 this morning with sau sticker on back window cruising past kennards self storage on wigram street Harris park at around 10ish this morning
-
it would have also had pink brake calipers, pink skylines australia sticker on the back window, pink seat covers and a variety of other pink accesories, thats Gemmas car, guess she would have just finished school since she's a teacher... i'll pass it on to her

Aaron i'm curious about the output at the wheels aswell, meant to be 270kw and 500nm of torque standard, to put it in perspective a Ferrari 360 modena f1 is meant to be 297kw and 394nm of torque. (i'm hanging out for sau dyno day) Still no match for the R35 gtr with its electronics. But a GTR doesn't sound like this. Once I figure out if they use ceramic turbos or not, then I can figure out how to raise the boost level lol ( i wonder if there is a ecu tune for it?), throw in a better breathing exhaust, see if i can squeeze a bigger intercooler into it lol. And Nick, the convo might go like that, only change is i bought the car on the monday and not the weekend lol
-
A lot Chibs lol but yeah it is a very straight clean car
-
All will be answered by Thursday night, just finalising a few things on Wednesday, then we should be all organised. Good sugestion Xmetal, i'll chase that up
-
Well as a lot of you may already know, I have been looking for a new car... seems I went a little crazy and bought myself this animal of a machine.
-
Even if its for an hour in the day sometime, many hands makes light work
-
Anybody?
-
if its the Just Jap Racing stealth cooler, its easy as pie. Once you get the front bar off, keep an angle grinder ready depending on your front bar, also don't go over the top with the angle grinder

2 X Mtx 12 Inch 5500 Series + Amp + 2 Farrad Capacitor
Kujotk replied to Kujotk's topic in For Sale (Other Items)
sorry subs and box stay together, too hard to get rid of subs and boxes sperate, i'm trying to create more room in my garage, you can have subs and box for $400 though. The MTX's are premium products -
2 x MTX 5500 series 12 inch subs, best sounding subs in box, powered by a Luxon 600rms mono block amp, and a 2 farrad response capacitor. Will throw in all the wires you need. $600 ono for the lot. Cost $1200 new, works as new, just sitting in the garage with a sheet over it. Grab yourself a great buy. As i see it, MTX is one of the best audio producers in the world. Reason for selling is I am over the massive bass they produce, so they have been sitting out of the car for a few months now. Pick up in sydney only

1996 Silver R33 GTS-t 90 000km on odometer. First complied in December 2007, first registered (NSW) January 2008. I have Owned the car Since January 2008, The car has never attracted police attention. It has a GTR Front bar with genuwine GTR front indicators, Since I have owned it the car has been serviced every 5000km (receipts) with ELF motor oil. Mods include a new EXEDY HD clutch (receipts) Full Fujitsubo Turbo back exhaust (3 inch turbo - cat, 3.5 inch cat back) receipts Apexi pod filter (receipts) JJR Stealth Front mount Intercooler (receipts) JJR front strut mount (receipts) Genuwine Nissan rear strut mount Window Tint from Solar Tint Castle Hill (receipt) DIN cluster Boost, Oil and Water temperature gauges (receipts) Pioneer CD player (with wires for sub connections) (receipts) AVS GTR look alike wheels New Tyres bought from SAU NSW (Federal 595) Front 135/40r17 Rear 145/40r17 Rhino Alarm/immobiliser Australian standards (insurance aproved) with built in turbo timer, keyless entry. Car runs very well, never missed a beat, starts on cold mornings no problem, always let car warm up for 5 minutes on cold engine, With these mods the car hit 191rwkw on a SAU NSW dyno day, have not seen another r33 gtst with those mods hit that power, print off to prove it. Paint is in as new condition. I don't know how the car was treated in Japan, but it is a straight car, the engine power results prove that the engine is fresh, never had any mechanical problems over the 2 years i've owned the car.

I am looking for any helpers for the Show and Shine day comming up. I have a few helpers already but as the saying goes "many hands makes light work". There will be nothing hard to do but us execs can only do so many things at once. Any help will be appreciated, even if its for a couple of hours. Sau and non Sau members accepted Cheers

well i just remembered that i have paid but ive forgotten to fax the sheet in. i'll do it today for sure this time lol
-
lol, Genuwin gtr or gtr replica should be able to fit in the cabin of an r33 with no dramas, i had a gtr replica bar and a gtr replica spoiler in my cabin a few weeks ago, just had to put the front seat forward, just make sure its clean first coz then you have to get the vaccume out lol
-
also parts arnt hard to find, not any harder than any other import atleast, and i can assure you its not as hard to find like trying to replace those dodgey Rover engines that they put in the kia carnivals, where 1 in 3 engines fail at about 70 000km or less lol.

i got a damaged one, needs repairs and new paint (you will likely have to paint any bumper anyway unless your lucky), hope you saved the indicators, genuwine nissan ones are over $200 each side. Pick up only, probably worth repairing yourself, friend of mine was going to fix mine but i bought a new one. The damged one is fibreglass but its a flexible fibre glass (unlike my new front bar that is a rigid fibreglass). Case of carlsburg is all i want coz its sitting in the front of my house being unloved
-
AON, google them, you can only get a quote by phone, there in parra somewhere
-
private sale, but it has a sticker on it that said "car mate" had a phone number aswell, but its scraped off already because it was at the bottom of the lip. I got my old one that needs repairing and new paint to make it look brand new again, i couldnt be bothered doing it, you can have it for a case of carlsburg?
-
In the sau members section at the beginning of this year there was a good deal for greenslips, I got mine for about $312ish where everyone else was $600 for me. I was 22 years old, Male, Speeding offence (loss of license, No accident, driving a 96 R33 GTS-t.....

Paid just now, faxing some time today

lol let me rewrite what i meant, The Girl Friend wants me to get something that looks newer lol. Maybe i should get a new gf. The GTR i looked at had seen better days. I'm looking at CLK500 today, bargain price from motor dealers auctions (yes i also have one of those lisences, i'm full of surprises lol), if its in good cond i might be comming to texi in eurotrash next time lol. But I am seriously thinking about ur monster, with yours i'll have to find a daily to get aswell because my rio is on its last legs from trying to drive it like a skyline lol. I'll keep in touch, i can't decide GRRRRRR
