This ride has the potential to be killer. RS and all, start checkn out the manual conversion thread, lol. Pics now! Cant wait.

Good work hugh. Lol, china stuff is always out which is painful. This relocation issue and correct throttle cable sorted will be helpful and should be put in the DIY section, saves a fair bit of f**kn around knowing when upgrading plenum. Im sure there are a few people wanting to go down this path. Ive always believed in purpose built and what is yours? FYI picasa sucks. This is the way to go if your building a 25/30, chuckies is steadily coming along. Building a forged motor and strong bottem end leaves heaps of room to play with. Dont know of any stagea owners going for a 25/26 Tomei 2.8l stroker kit, only seen em on gtrs - but i suppose both cost a bit too much for the common man on a budget. Jealous as fark.

Tis very true. Hail in the hillz, yo!

I bought a cusco new at around $150 (Part no: 232 561A). Pedal feel was higher, less spongy and more responsive, but i had a full overhaul to stock brakes so hard to tell (comparing GTT fronts.) Dont know about using second hand stuff here (10-15 years old) but a GTT/GTR uses a BM50 and GTST uses a BM44. Brembos are BM57 and it seems that a 300ZX BMC uses that same bigger cylinder diameter - 26.9mm vs 25.4mm respectively?

You might want to stick to the forum rules like everyone else does. 1. When starting a new thread, you must include a set price, or at the very least a ballpark figure that you are looking for. EOI's are not permitted. Prices? Having an idea of what you have sold or not would also be common sense and helpful to everyone or they will look elsewhere.

225 45 17's On Standard C34 S2 Autech Rim ?
dirtyRS4 replied to ssshonky's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
Stock Autech Rims are 17x7 + 30 front 17x7 + 20 rear. I run 17 x 9 +20 Wedsports SA90s with 235 45 17 with RE001s. Had floating spaces but f**ked them off. Needed nismo long bolts because of not much thread. Basically R33 GTR offset. I will not go up to 18s for daily driving only for show. Duncan runs these exact rims with Feds as far as I know. Fitting these will be close to perfect, just dont rotate front with back because they are offset specific. You dont want to strech your tyre either, so 225s are fine for 7s. If you are from WA give chuckie a pm regarding Hankooks. Ive heard Nittos are also good and much cheaper. Buy a good set of tyres. Mine cost more than my rims but it has payed off in the long run. -
This ones like a hand grenade with a user name like that. Though i respect a lady calling herself psycho bitch. Checkout this thread http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/To...&hl=tow+bar and nengun or rhdjapan for harder tein springs although they will reduce your ride height. A towbar will go on mine after my abflug kit is fitted. Pic of your towbar, what type?

This is sillyness. If you want to do the rears use r33 gtst. If not as Mike and qwk32 have said just leave the rears as is and upgrade fronts. Buy decent pads, adr braided lines, slotted rotors and upgrade bmc - end of story. Most people do this for the visual aspect and there is no real proof this upgrade is better than a well setup stock set of brakes. Going better like Brembos wouldnt be justified on your rig atm. Watch low pedal position and handbrake issues. Use the search function and read brake threads by other members for more troubleshooting info. If you are after a excellent jap pad and quality brake products I recommend Acre. As I can swear by their products for daily driving.

Oh yeah, seen a few now with GTR variant front bars, good luck fitting a Vspec II rear bar. I reckon a z-tune bonnet, autech wing and nismo or masa skirts would really set it off. Ditch the roof racks aswell.
-
Cant wait to see this one in black? The rear end will need a decent wing, rear bar and chunky sideskirts to make it look right. Bastid. My abflug kit and eyelids is three weeks from landing. I will be just as enthused me thinks.

Impulse Buying - What Have You Bought?
dirtyRS4 replied to prince_skyline's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
Drugs and 5 x nissans, lolz. Nice clean M35. Hows that KGC10 hakosuka build going? -
I hate everyone evenly..... !

I drove a manual ST215 the other day from a yard and gave it a good spanking. I was not that impressed, just a heavier celica GT4. I am pretty sure the 3rd gen only comes in a tip tronic, so heaps better than auto lol. I'll take the recaro's they'll blend nicely with my shitty S1 interior, you can keep the rest.

This subject was brought up a few months back regarding a manual M35 3.5 n/a version hitting our shores. I am converting my C34 to manual after my kit goes on, relatively simple. After reading further of the hassles with the bellhousing and other complications my mind was made up. Now im more interested in M35s. And Volvo 850R T-5R wagons, lol.

I have thought this through and if i had my time again i would purchase anyone of these: E-WGC34 - X AERO SELECTION - 2500 - 2WD E-WGC34 - X - 2500 - 2WD E-WGC34 - RS AERO SELECTION - 2500 - 2WD E-WGC34 - RS - 2500 - 2WD E-WGC34 - G - 2500 - 2WD GF-WHC34 - X - 2000 - 2WD GF-WHC34 - G - 2000 - 2WD Im thinkn rwd, the cheaper the better (including the 2.0 ltr - sacrilege) and manual conversion. The C34 platform is still quite comfy and adequate for size and towing. Anyone who wants to push over 250kw should just buy a R32 gtr. When im old and gray (and senile) i will think about buying a M35 or a real volvo.
-
Yeah but not as nice as these, delivery is a bitch but hey. These are three that i considered before going Abflug S1. http://www.masamotorsports.com/ http://www.freeway-dolphin.co.jp/ http://shop.edoperformance.com/advanced_se...7c01d5dbc0830dc You cant go past JDM manufacturers for guarenteed decent fitment. Now to source some R34 GTR rims.

Another great car from the UK, cmon fellas the poms are starting to show us up! My car is around 8 weeks away from having the Abflug kit fitted and painted.
-
Too true! Do wot geezer? Naff off you muppet. You owe me a pint! Dude I know a poms sense of humour when I hear it. Some of my best buddies are lads. WA is littered wiht you sort! Hehe. I gotta say I still have the April 1998 "Max Power" magazine, 2001 A Space Odyssey, (Hari Kari on Speeding.) 1003 bhp, Top Secret R33 GTR Skyline with the worlds best 4WD times and 2WD RB26DETT Supra. A great magazine some interesting reads also on the Ford Escort Cosworth RS. Pity they stopped making this car for the Focus. European modifiers market at its best. As requested some M35 luv, Impul is nice. You can buy full nismo s-tune kits through rhd japan. Nismo decals are available too. http://www.rhdjapan.com/nismo-stagea-m35-full-body-kit-56348 .

I think teh fury deserves a SR20det transplant first, lol. Would definately compliment a decent CAI setup. Not for me though, I aint butchering a carbon fibre bonnet. http://shop.edoperformance.com/advanced_se...hp?keywords=C34 Decent US website, I am awaiting an email back to see how to order eyelids and full abflug kit.

Pitty my car is in bits, Ive had the urge to visit badelaide as well lately to visit some new friends. Wouldnt mind taken off with the mrs and checkn out the Barrossa winery region for festivals, food music etc with the stag, pretty close to WA, might take it for a drive over the Nullabor desert as soon as shes finished. Your car is a gem bro and mike has the lights. Ive been on US websites / auctions and seen your car maybe 6 months ago before you got, some unbelievable cars being sourced for the USA and UK.
