  1. Does anyone know if anyone is making carpet for the gts2.5t skylines? New factory carpet was so overpriced it was beyond a joke!!!!
  2. You can also get a permit to drive it to a location to sell it. I think you only need a raodworthy cert. and the permit. They used to be about $16 for the permit plus approx $30 for the pink/blue slip/roadworthy.
  3. So, for 20gees you get a stockie, for 30k u get a modded, for 40 you'd get a heavily modded or a stock 32GTR or a modded GTR with the guts flogged out of it. It's all relative................good find that link to the '97 Links. So Initial DriftR if a stockie gets 156 and I can get 242, it costs $128/kw
  4. For around $30,000 you'd get: '98 SII 40th Anniversary GTS2.5T 58,000km Full lock Nismo diff Nismo G Max II clutch Tein coil over height and ride adjustable Super advan mags (powdercoated black) with 245/255 Yokohama advan tyres Hicas lock out [individual tie rod ends] Whiteline adjustable nolethene bushes for camber/castor on all four wheels HKS pod filter Z32 AFM Bigger injectors (purple top colour coded) Blitz 700x600x70 fmic (anodised blue) HKS III evc Blitz turbo timer Apexi turbo boost gauge in custom s/s holder Greddy gauges x3:oil pressure, oil temp, exhaust temp, mounted in a dash pod Cusco adjustable alloy rear GT wing Alloy oil cooler Apexi alloy radiator master cylinder brake brace stop bracket Project U front discs [brakes] Braided stainless steel brake hoses [full kit] Apexi hiflo cat with full turbo back 90mm exhaust HKS Viper 120mm s/s muffler Cusco front tower strut bar GCG converted Hiflow turbo [From 51.2/71mm to 56.3/76mm] Walbro 500hp fuel pump Tomei adjustable exhaust cam pulley Power FC + HC Alpine MP3 player and 4 x coaxial speakers 300kph Nismo speedo carbra SAAS/Momo leather steering wheel Razo gearknob and accelerator pedal Custom grills on front bar Custom s/s front bar braces Custom polished s/s pillar mount gauge pod Custom rear boot lid spoiler trim Custom s/s heat shield around turbo Custom EVC mount on steering wheel cover Odyssey fully sealed gel battery and custom mount Some mods it came with, some I’ve bought and installed myself. Presently making 241.7 rwkw on 15psi. But I'm not selling.
  5. I'd sell mine for $64.5k, undercutting Leech's [very generous] offer.
  6. And I quote: 32 GT-R:206Kw/353Nm 33 GT-R:206Kw/629Nm 34 GT-R:206Kw/392Nm Plenty of torque in them R33's Jayce, almost double those other weaker cousins...............lol
  7. And am I right in saying that the GTR motor basically didn't change??? It was the bolt on's and chassis/suspension that made the difference. [including ABS/Traction control/turbo in the bolt on dept.] Not sure about cams - LTS would be able to add value here.
  8. "I could maybe see a nice Purple R33 SIII GTR V-Spec in my driveway - maybe..." I'm with you, a SIII R33 GTR would be my top pick [yes even over an R34]. Actually had the offer of such a beast with a blown motor [as in f#@ked] a while back, but alas the piggy bank was looking a little sad........I can only assume it went to a better home?
  9. Its that back windscreen wiper, makes all the difference!!!!!!
  10. leech - I humbly beseech thee to fight thy own wars..................your black whale is the same as mine, so go you good thing. woop woop??????????? Oh yeah____thats right, Canberra is the centre of the universe [unless you follow Ash]. And this 32 vs 33 thing, we are really talking about the classic Elle McPherson vs Jen Hawkins aren't we?? I mean Elle was damn good, still is OK, but she can't stay that way forever.......so along comes Sophie to continue the good work. I can see parallels here.
  11. R32's are OK, its good to see old cars that are looked after by their senile owners. R33's are better, they fixed up all the mistakes they made with the 32. 1 for the money, 2 for the show, 3 to get ready and 4 to go.................. And that is about the truth until the ?R35? appears [if ever].
  12. Your lucky my missus wanted to get back to her bloody horses, otherwise I may have been able to inflict some sort of damage on Jayce at the Jerra pub..................well if he didn't join in then damage on myself!!!!!
  13. A man and his wife were sitting in the living room and he said to her, "Just so you know, I never want to live in a vegetative state, dependent on some machine and fluids from a bottle. If that ever happens, just pull the plug." His wife got up, unplugged the TV and threw out all of his beer.
  14. Like Lazarus, and as for the Xmas xruise, no promises, I'll try...........
  15. Don't bother booking yr 'line in to Integra on 25-26th Nov. Ed will be far too busy doing mine!!!! Finally going to put all those spares I've been accumulating into the Tokyo taxi. [belts, w/pump, Power f/c, cam wheel].
  16. It's even got a sunroof for spotlighting roo's out of. Make a good shootin' rig, 4wd and all, needs knobby wintertreads and a carcass rack though..............
  17. Last time I was at Jakes, he didn't have a dyno, he used the business next door's, they had an in floor 2wd one [from memory]. Can't remember their business name, it was the shop right next door and immediately towards the city side. I need to: Install a Tomei adjustable cam gear, belts and water pump. Set up my new power FC. I thought of Jake's [and was happy with his work] but wasn't sure if he was familiar with the gear, I'd go to him again if he 'had the knowledge' so to speak. Otherwise Trojans may be it? PS I'd consider Ed if he had a Dyno.
  18. Try this link: Unfortunately it is in USofA, but......... http://www.emachineshop.com/
  19. Thanks for the power fc manual, a star on your forehead. Excellent work.
  20. OK likely lads, I need the apexi power fc manual for an R33 SII gtst. I [phillistine that I am] cannot read japanese
